Packages · honest pricing

Three packages. One crew. No surprise extras.

Every price below is the real starting point for a 6 m² bathroom — over that, we price the extra tiling and waterproofing area per square metre, and we tell you exactly what that is before you sign anything.

Bathroom refresh

From $8,900

New vanity, taps, toilet and shower screen; regrout, reseal and repaint. The layout stays, the tired goes. Five to eight working days.

Full renovation

From $19,500

Strip-out to the studs, new waterproofing, floor-to-ceiling tiling, all new fixtures. Three to four weeks, door to door.

Premium renovation

From $28,500

Everything in a full renovation plus an engineered stone top, brass tapware, feature tiling and underfloor heating — included, not an extra.

Freestanding baths

+$2,400 supplied & installed

Added to a full or premium renovation. We plumb the floor-mounted filler while the slab is open — the only sensible time to do it.

Underfloor heating

+$1,600 on a full renovation

An electric mat under the new floor tiles, on its own switch and timer. Included in the premium package.

Layout changes & moved plumbing

Quoted on inspection

Moving drainage, walls or windows depends on what’s in the slab. We quote it after we’ve seen the room — never off a form.

Reviews · real rooms

The before photos do most of the talking.

★★★★★

“The peach 90s bathroom is finally gone. Three weeks door to door, and the tiling is sharper than the display homes we walked through before choosing Stonewater.”

Karen & Rob M. — Kingsley

★★★★★

“Two builders told us the stain on the downstairs ceiling was condensation. Stonewater found the failed waterproofing, redid the membrane, and it’s been bone dry for two winters.”

Priya S. — Currambine

★★★★★

“We did the refresh package before selling. Our agent reckons it paid for itself twice over on auction day — and it was done in six days.”

Dean T. — Padbury

FAQ · straight answers

The questions every bathroom client asks.

How long does a full renovation take?

Three to four weeks, honestly counted — strip-out, waterproofing with its cure days, tiling, then fit-off. Anyone promising a fortnight for a full floor-to-ceiling renovation is skipping cure times somewhere you can’t see. A refresh runs five to eight working days.

Why is waterproofing where the money goes?

Because it’s the layer you never see again. The membrane, the fall to the drain and the certified wet-area work underneath the tiles are what stop the downstairs stain in five years’ time. We put the budget there first, certify it, and back it with a 6-year structural warranty — tiles are the easy part.

Can I keep my bath?

Yes — that’s exactly what the refresh package is for. It keeps your existing bath or shower and the layout around it, and replaces the vanity, taps, toilet and screen. If you want the freestanding bath, that comes with a full or premium renovation, while the floor is open.

Do you do just the tiling?

No — whole rooms only. Half the value of one crew start-to-finish is that the waterproofer, tiler and plumber are sequenced by us and answer to us. Taking over another trade’s half-done wet area means owning problems we didn’t create, and we won’t warrant that.

Why don’t smaller rooms cost less?

Packages price to 6 m², and a 4 m² ensuite still needs every trade a 6 m² bathroom does — strip-out, waterproofer, tiler, plumber, electrician, painter. The materials saving on two square metres is real but small; the trades still turn up. Over 6 m² we price the extra tiling and waterproofing area per square metre.
