Questions we get at the counter
Do I need to book, or can I just drop the bike in?
Walk-ins get a look-over and a quick fix where we can, but a booked bike gets a stand time and a promised pick-up. Book with the form below or call — most weeks we're a day or two out.
How long does a service take?
A Basic Tune booked before 10am is usually same-day. A Drivetrain Service is typically next-day — the degrease tank doesn't rush. A Full Strip & Rebuild is two to three days depending on what the bearings tell us. We give you the pick-up day when you book, and we text if anything changes it.
Do you service e-bikes?
Yes. The E-bike Health Check ($95) covers motor mount, battery health report, firmware and a torque sweep to e-bike spec — and any of the mechanical tiers apply to e-bikes too. If you're buying second-hand, a health check first is the cheapest insurance there is.
What happens if you find something extra?
We stop and text you: what we found, what the part costs, what the labour is. Nothing gets fitted until you say yes. Parts are at cost — we make our margin on honest labour, not marked-up cables.
What's actually included in each tier?
Exactly what the Tune Stand shows — tap a tier at the top of the page and the checklist card lists every job, in workshop language. The tier price is the complete labour price; consumables (lube, grease) are included, parts beyond that are quoted first.
