Garden bores drilled and serviced across Perth's sand plain
Stop paying scheme prices to keep a lawn alive. We drill through your suburb's sand, coffee rock and limestone to the water table — and hand you a running bore with an itemised price before we start.
The Strata Finder
Pick a suburb — see the ground & the priceMinimum 18 m billed — a 14 m hole still bills 18 m of drilling.
Water table within 7 m — shallow enough for the cheaper centrifugal pump.
Typical installed price for this suburb — confirmed on site before we drill.
A garden bore earns you the third watering day on the Water Corporation roster — and every litre comes out of your own backyard, not your bill. Over a Perth summer, that's the difference between a lawn that survives and one you re-turf in autumn.
The winter sprinkler switch-off (1 June – 31 August) applies to everyone, bore or scheme. Hand watering stays fine.
What we do
Drill it, fit it, keep it running
Honest anchors below — every job is confirmed with a fixed itemised price before a rig turns up.
New bore + pump, installed
Drilled to your water table, submersible or centrifugal pump fitted, plumbed to your retic and run in front of you.
Bore service & flow check
Draw-down, flow rate and pressure measured, headworks checked, sprinkler run test — a report you can keep.
Pump replacement
Like-for-like or upsized, supplied and fitted. Centrifugal where your water table allows it, submersible everywhere else.
Bore troubleshooting callout
No water, low pressure, tripping breaker, air in the lines — diagnosed on site, and the callout comes off any repair we do.
Iron-staining & filter advice
Orange fences and stained limestone mean iron-rich water. We test your bore's iron level and spec the fix — from sprinkler aim to inline filtration.
Winter shutdown & spring restart
Pump isolated and drained for the 1 June switch-off, then re-primed, retested and rescheduled for September.
Word of mouth
What the neighbours say
"Drilled our Morley place in a morning — hit water bang on where they said, 30 metres. The lawn's never looked better and the water bill dropped $70 a cycle."
"Old bore died mid-January. They diagnosed a seized pump over the phone, fitted a new centrifugal two days later, and the callout came off the bill like they promised."
"Duncraig limestone is no joke — 45 metres down. They quoted it straight, no surprises on the day, and walked me through the winter switch-off before they left."
Service area
The whole sand plain, from our Wangara yard
Coastal limestone country or the deep Bassendean sands inland — we've drilled most streets on the plain at least once, and we keep the logs to prove it. If your suburb isn't listed, call: if it's on sand, we drill it.
