Custom kitchens & built‑in cabinetry, made in our Bassendean workshop

Kitchens, walk‑in robes, laundries and vanities — machined, edged and assembled here, then installed by the people who built them. Kitchens from $1,150/lm supplied and installed.

Not a flat‑pack reseller — we machine it here, and you're welcome to walk the floor.

Blum hinges and runners as standard — not where we save money.
Four to six weeks from signed drawings. A promised fortnight is someone else's corner being cut.

What we build, and what it honestly costs

Per‑linear‑metre rates are supplied and installed, from signed drawings. Benchtops are a separate trade — coordinated, never hidden in the number.

Custom kitchens — melamine

Full custom carcasses and doors in commercial melamine. Wears honest, prices honest, and the Blum hardware is the same as the dearest job on the floor.

from $1,150/lm

2‑pac poly kitchens

Sprayed two‑pack polyurethane doors in any colour you can name. Chips are repairable, the finish is furniture‑grade, and it's what the forever‑home usually picks.

from $1,700/lm

Timber veneer kitchens

Real timber faces on stable board. Ages the best of the three and costs it — we'll show you both truths on a sample door.

from $2,100/lm

Walk‑in robes

Drawer banks, shelf stacks and hanging in the ratio your actual wardrobe needs — priced by configuration, drawn at the consult.

from $2,400

Laundries

Tall storage, bench runs and a spot for the ugly stuff — which is all of it. Built to swallow the mess, sized to your trough and machines.

from $3,200

Vanities

Wall‑hung or floor‑standing, sealed for the wet room, drawers that clear the trap. Alfresco and entertainment units quoted on design — outdoor cabinetry is a materials conversation, honestly costed.

from $1,400

The workshop at 4pm

Low sun through the roller door, a run of 2‑pac doors curing in the spray room, a carcass square in the clamps. This is the part of your kitchen you never see — and it's the part that decides whether the doors still line up in 2040.

We're not a flat‑pack reseller. Board is machined, edged and assembled on this floor, by the people who'll stand in your kitchen at install. You're welcome to walk the floor before you sign anything.

Honest answer we give weekly: if your kitchen budget is under $8k, a flat‑pack with our install is the better spend — and we'll say so at the consult.

What the last few clients said

★★★★★

"The island drawers close like the car door on something German. We picked the tile to match the kitchen, not the other way around."

M. & J. Harker · forever‑home kitchen, Bayswater
★★★★★

"The robe ended the floor pile. Drawer banks where we actually needed them, hanging where we didn't think we did. Drawn in front of us at the consult."

S. Okafor · walk‑in robe, Morley
★★★★★

"A laundry with a spot for the ugly stuff, which is all of it. Four weeks from drawings, installed in a day and a half, swept up after themselves."

Questions we actually get asked

How much does a custom kitchen cost?+
Per linear metre of cabinetry, supplied and installed: melamine from $1,150/lm, 2‑pac poly from $1,700/lm, timber veneer from $2,100/lm, with a 4 lm minimum. A typical 7 lm L‑shape in 2‑pac lands around $11,900 in cabinetry. What moves it: drawer count (drawers cost more than doors), internal fit‑out, appliance housings, and tall pantry runs. Benchtops are separate — see below.
Custom or flat‑pack — honestly?+
Honest answer: if your budget is under $8k for a kitchen, a flat‑pack with our install is the better spend, and we'll say so at the consult. Custom earns its money when the room isn't square, the layout isn't standard, or you plan to keep the house — a custom carcass is built to your walls, not to a catalogue.
What about benchtops?+
Benchtops are their own trade. We template and coordinate stone from $600/lm through our stonemason — quoted separately, so you can see exactly what the cabinetry costs and exactly what the stone costs. Laminate tops we can supply with the cabinetry if the budget wants it.
How long does it take?+
Four to six weeks from signed drawings to install, most of the year. The sequence: consult and measure, drawings you sign off, machining and assembly in the workshop, spray time if it's 2‑pac, then install — usually one to two days on site. A promised fortnight is someone else's corner being cut.
Do you do just doors?+
Sometimes — and it's real value when it's right. If your carcasses are square, dry and the hinges hold a screw, re‑facing with new doors and hardware costs a fraction of a new kitchen. We check the carcasses before quoting; if they've had water, we'll tell you re‑facing is money down the drain.
Which finish lasts?+
Melamine wears honest — what you see at year one is what you get at year ten. 2‑pac chips can be repaired and resprayed, which is why it suits a forever home. Veneer ages best of the three and costs it. We keep sample doors of each in the workshop — come and slam them.

Tell us what you're planning and we'd call you back within one business day to set a time — at the workshop, or at your kitchen with a tape measure. The consult and the drawings conversation are free; you only pay for cabinetry you commission.
