What the room says
We order morning tea for thirty most Fridays. It lands at 9:40 for a 10 o'clock meeting, every single week, and the fruit is never an afterthought.
Flat white and the window seat before the school run. The one time a shot came out bitter, the second was already on the machine before I'd said a word.
Grazing table for seventy at a weeknight launch. Set, styled and gone before doors opened — and it looked better than the venue's own quote at twice the price.
Delivery area
Catering deliveries are free within 5 km of Mount Hawthorn — that covers most of the inner north and the western office fringe. Past the ring it's a flat $15 out to 10 km.
Inside the ring: Mount Hawthorn, Leederville, North Perth, Glendalough, Osborne Park, Wembley, Joondanna, Coolbinia and West Perth. Mount Lawley sits right on the line — we'll honour it.

48 hours for morning tea and lunch boxes. For grazing tables over 40 heads or function hire, give us a week. Shorter than that? Call — if the kitchen can do it honestly, we'll say yes; if it can't, we'll say no rather than send you something rushed.
Free within 5 km of Mount Hawthorn — Leederville, North Perth, Glendalough, Osborne Park, Wembley, Joondanna, Coolbinia and West Perth are all inside the ring. From 5 to 10 km it's a flat $15. Beyond that, the coffee cart travels but the sandwiches don't.
Most items adapt — tell us numbers in the enquiry form and we'll build the count in, with dietary boxes named so nobody plays lunch roulette. Honest caveat: our kitchen handles gluten and nuts daily, so we can't certify allergen-free, only allergen-aware.

The café pours Saturdays until 1pm and rests Sundays. Catering deliveries run seven days with notice. Function hire is weeknights only — it keeps the room sharp and the staff sane.
Catering is invoiced on confirmation with 7-day terms for offices and regulars. One-off orders can pay card on delivery. No deposits until the menu's agreed, and the quote you build on this page is the number on the invoice.
