Office drop-offs
from $18/head · minimum order $220
Delivered, labelled, ready at room temperature or with reheat notes. Feeding forty by Thursday is the job we built the kitchen for.
48 hours' notice · dietaries labelled on separate boards
Leederville · Perth metro · since 2015
Every good event ends up at one long table. Ours starts with a per-head price that says exactly what's included — food, staff, crockery, the lot — so you're never comparing three quotes that hide three different things.
Every rate below lists its inclusions and its honest minimum. If a cheaper quote elsewhere doesn't mention staff, crockery or clearing — that's where the difference is hiding.

48 hours' notice · dietaries labelled on separate boards
from $26/head · minimum 20 guests
Styled on the table and cleared after — boards, greenery and props are ours, the long table is yours for the night.
Travels well — wineries and backyards welcome
from $42/head · minimum 30 guests
Includes chefs and floor staff at one per 25 guests — that's why canapés cost more than the food alone, and we say it plainly.
Passed service, two hours · staff ratio shown on your quote
from $78/head · minimum 40 guests
Three courses with service staff and crockery included. Portions costed to the cover — plated is the tidy-leftovers option.
Needs a power point on site — we'll be honest about the rest
48 hours' notice · priced per service above
We've never said no to a family in a week like that. Tell us the numbers you know; we'll carry the rest quietly.
Grazing and drop-off are the gentlest fits
from $58/staff-hour
Your food, our floor — sometimes that's the honest quote. RSA-holding staff, crockery, glassware and the tongs.
Four-hour minimum call per staff member
Pick the event, slide the guest count, choose the service — the pass renders your event and the card prices it honestly, minimums and staff included. This is the estimate we'd stand behind on the phone.

The pass redraws as you build — trays multiply, the grazing table lengthens plank by plank, canapés sprout picks, plated sets its covers.
Staffed canapés — $42/head
× 60 guests$2,520
60 guests → 3 staff (1 per 25 — chefs + floor), included in the rate. The ratio is part of the price, so we show the working.
Includes chefs and floor staff at one per 25 guests, passed service for two hours — that's why canapés cost more than the food alone.
Cocktail parties run on rhythm — a tray every few minutes beats a table of everything at once.
Dietaries, honestly: vegetarian, vegan, GF and allergies are labelled and prepped on separate boards — tell us counts, not just "a few".
Demonstration reviews, written the way our clients actually talk.
Thursday lunch became the reason people come in Thursdays.
Standing drop-off order, 40 heads, dietaries labelled so nobody has to ask. The trays arrive at 11:45 and the office knows it.
The grazing table outlasted the speeches.
Winery wedding in the Swan Valley, 110 guests. The long table was styled by four, cleared by eleven, and photographed more than the cake.
We didn't have to think about a single tray.
A wake for 45 at two days' notice. They set up while we were at the service, stayed out of the way, and left the kitchen cleaner than they found it.
Delivery is free inside 15 km of the Leederville kitchen. Past the ring — Swan Valley, the Hills, down to Mandurah — travel is costed at cost and itemised on the quote, never buried in the per-head rate.
Stylised, not to survey scale — the ring is honest, the coastline is a gesture. Suburbs shown are the regulars; the metro is the menu.
Weddings: 6–9 months — the date matters more than the menu at first, and spring Saturdays go early. Office lunches: 48 hours is genuinely enough. Wakes come together on the same 48 hours' notice — we've never said no to a family in a week like that.
It's listed on every quote line. Drop-off ($18/head): the food, delivered and labelled. Grazing ($26/head): styling, boards, props and clearing. Canapés ($42/head): chefs and floor staff at one per 25 guests. Plated ($78/head): three courses, service staff and crockery. If a quote anywhere doesn't say, ask what the per-head number is hiding.
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, GF and allergies are labelled and prepped on separate boards. What we need from you is counts, not "a few": "6 vegetarian, 2 coeliac, 1 anaphylactic nut allergy" lets the kitchen do it properly.
We're not a licensed venue — service runs on your venue's licence or BYO, and our floor staff hold RSA for the pour. We'll tell you plainly which your event needs when you book.
Free inside 15 km of the Leederville kitchen. Past that — Swan Valley, the Hills, Mandurah — travel is costed at cost and shown as its own line on the quote, never folded into the per-head rate.
Canapés and grazing travel well — we build a field pass almost anywhere. Plated needs at least a power point and honesty about that: if the site can't hold service for your numbers, we'll say so at the quote, not on the day.
Tell us the day and the rough shape — we'd call you back within one business day with the real quote.
We pencil your date for 7 days while you decide — no deposit to ask.
We'd call you back within one business day, and your date is pencilled for 7 days while you decide.
This page is a demonstration — nothing was sent and no one will call. On the real site, this enquiry would land straight in the kitchen's FoodStorm queue with your date held.
