Where the bus goes
Based at the Welshpool depot — the whole Perth metro any day, and a day-trip ring that takes in the Swan Valley, Mandurah and the hills. Further than that becomes a multi-day tour, quoted to the itinerary.

How does the 3-hour minimum work?
Every hourly charter bills at least three hours at the selected bus’s rate — a two-hour job on the 13-seat minibus still bills 3 × $120 = $360. It covers the depot run, the driver’s shift and the vehicle for the block you’ve reserved. Airport transfers don’t have it — they’re flat, one price any hour of the day.
Can the bus wait between legs?
Yes — waiting time is charter time; that’s what the hours buy. On a wedding run the bus waits through the photos; on a race day it waits at the track. The bus and driver stay yours for the block, wherever the middle of the day takes you.
Can we bring drinks on board?
Sealed eskies, yes — open drinks, no. Load the eskies underneath or at the back and they travel fine; drinking on board isn’t allowed on a licensed charter vehicle. We’ll happily stop somewhere with a licence instead.
Do you have child seats?
Every seat on every bus has a forward-facing seatbelt, which is the requirement for school-age kids on a bus of this class. Under-4s need their own seat and their own restraint — bring the car seat and we’ll belt it in.

Multi-day tours are the same idea: kilometres and overnights drive the number. Tell us the route or the itinerary and we’ll quote it properly rather than print a figure that would be wrong in both directions.
How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays in wedding season and the last school weeks of term go first — a month ahead is comfortable, a week is usually fine for a weekday. Airport transfers can often run next-day; ring the depot and we’ll tell you honestly what’s free.
