Patients
What people say after the first visit
"Back went on the Thursday laying pavers. Assessed Friday 7:30am, adjusted, taped, given the do's and don'ts — back on the tools Monday. Booked my own follow-up because I wanted one."
"Walked in a sceptic expecting a twelve-visit pitch. Instead I was told adjustment wasn't what my shoulder needed and got referred for strength work. That's exactly why I trust them with my back."

Questions
Asked in the room, answered here
Does the cracking hurt?
No — and the "crack" isn't bone. It's a cavitation: a small pressure change releasing gas within the joint fluid, like a knuckle. Some people feel immediate relief, some feel nothing dramatic, and plenty of effective techniques don't involve any pop at all. If you'd rather avoid it, say so — low-force options exist for every region.
Do I need a GP referral?
No — you can book directly. If your GP has you on a chronic-condition management plan, Medicare may part-cover some visits; bring the paperwork and we'll process it. Private health fund rebates go through HICAPS at the desk on the day.
How many visits will I need?
As few as it takes — and we don't sell plans, so there's no number we're steering you toward. Many single-region complaints settle in two to four visits with the right home work. If something isn't responding, we say so and refer on rather than keep adjusting it.
Is chiropractic safe?
Chiropractic is an AHPRA-registered profession with a five-year university degree behind it. Every first visit starts with a full history and screen precisely so that care is matched to you — and where adjustment isn't clinically indicated, or where something needs a GP or imaging first, we tell you plainly. Serious adverse events are rare; mild post-visit soreness for a day or so is the common one, and we'll talk it through before anything happens.
What should I wear?
Anything you can move in — work clothes are fine, most people come in whatever they're wearing that day. No gowns, no need to change; if a region needs closer assessment we'll work around what you've got on.
