Five kilos a week. Delivery is $15 a week at 5 kg and free from 10 kg. Under five kilos, buy retail bags at the bar — same coffee, roasted the same day.
We roast Tuesday and Thursday and deliver the next day. We'd rest espresso three days before pulling it, so a Wednesday delivery is ready to go on the grinder Friday — and we date every sack so you can see it.
On loan from 15 kg a week — a two-group machine and grinder, ours, installed and serviced by us, no rental while you're an account. If you leave, we collect it. Under 15 kg, ask about lease-to-own.
Swiss Water process, roasted separately on its own batch so it never tastes like an afterthought. $40 a kilo, same tiers and the same delivery run.
