Full-flake floors
$95/m² with polyaspartic topcoat
The one in every second new build — broadcast flake hides dust, tyre marks and the odd dropped spanner, sealed under a UV-stable top.
Metallic pours
$130/m²
Pigment dragged through clear resin — no two floors the same. For the garage that's really a showroom.
Old coating removal

Failed DIY epoxy or old paint ground off with dust extraction, back to clean concrete before the new coat goes down.

How long before I can park on it?
Walk on it next morning, park on it in three days. Polyaspartic topcoats cure fast, but a two-tonne ute on day one will still print the surface — three days is the honest number and we won't shave it to win a job.
Will it peel?
Not off a diamond grind with a moisture test — that's why we do both, every slab. Coatings peel when they're rolled over sealed, damp or acid-etched concrete. Grinding opens the surface mechanically and the moisture test tells us the slab is ready to take it.
Flake or solid colour — which should I pick?
Flake if the garage gets used: the broadcast hides dust, tyre marks and small chips, which is why it's the one in every second new build. Solid colour if you want a workshop feel and don't mind sweeping — it shows more, but touch-ups are simpler.
Can you cover cracks?
We fill them, but coatings follow the slab — if the slab moves, a crack line can ghost back through. We'll tell you at the measure which cracks are cosmetic and which ones will telegraph, before you commit.
Why are warehouses quoted on site?
Substrate moisture and downtime drive commercial work — a warehouse slab that's reading damp needs a different system, and a floor you can't close for three days needs staging. We walk the site, test it, then price it. No number before that is honest.
