    What we build

Priced by the metre, not by the mood

Every kitchen we quote is cabinetry lineal metres at a finish rate, benchtop lineal metres at a material rate, a flat base for the work around it, and the extras you actually choose. The planner uses the same numbers we do.

    Galley kitchens

    from $11,600

Two facing runs, six metres of cabinetry and five of bench. The Karrinyup and Scarborough 1990s floor plan, done in about two weeks on site.

    L-shape kitchens

    from $13,000

Seven metres of cabinetry around a corner, six of bench, a pantry tower at the end. Our most-built plan — about three weeks on site.

    U-shape kitchens

    from $15,800

Three walls, nine metres of cabinetry, eight of bench. The most storage per square metre of floor — about three weeks on site.

    L + island kitchens

    from $17,200

The L plus a three-metre island with seating. Ten metres of cabinetry, nine of bench, about four weeks on site — the Mount Lawley favourite.

    2-pac cabinetry

    from $1,600 per lm

Sprayed polyurethane in any colour, soft-close runners and hinges, handles included. Melamine from $1,100 per lm, timber veneer from $1,900.

    Porcelain benchtops

    from $950 per lm

Sintered slabs, heat and scratch resistant, templated after the carcasses go in. Laminate from $300 per lm, natural stone from $1,100.

    Appliance package

    $4,800 supplied & installed

Mid-range oven, induction cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher, delivered, fitted and wired. Optional — keep your own appliances and we'll reconnect them.

    Tiled splashbacks

    $1,400

Tiled along every wall run, grouted and sealed before the benchtops are templated. Subway, finger tile or large-format in your colour.

Structural wall removal, moving plumbing or gas points, flooring and painting are quoted after the measure — every house is different, so we'd rather look than guess. Cabinetry lead time is six to eight weeks from sign-off; the planner's weeks are time on site.

    Reviews

The room you actually live in

Three recent kitchens, in the owners' words.

    ★★★★★
"A galley in a 1994 Karrinyup house — tired laminate, one working drawer. Strip-out on a Monday, cooking again eleven days later. The plumber and sparky just turned up when they said they would."
Sharon & Dev · Karrinyup · galley, melamine, laminate
    ★★★★★
"We wanted the island and weren't sure the room could take it. Benchline drew it, we stood in the taped-out footprint, and now it's where dinner happens. The porcelain has survived two birthdays and a hot pan."
    Marcus · Mount Lawley · L + island, 2-pac, porcelain
    ★★★★★
"Downsizing to a Scarborough apartment, I kept my old oven and they didn't blink — reconnected it, fitted the new cabinetry around it and had me done inside three weeks. Price matched the planner to the dollar."
Helen · Scarborough · L-shape, veneer, natural stone

    Where we work

Osborne Park out — the inner north and the coast

The workshop is in Osborne Park, which puts most of our kitchens within twenty minutes of the factory floor. Metro Perth north of the river and along the coast is included in every planner price — no travel line, no surprise.

    Design consult

We measure, you choose, we price it to the dollar

A design consult is an hour in your kitchen with a tape and a laptop: we measure, talk through layout and finishes, and you get a 3D render and a fixed quote within the week. No charge, no obligation.

Leave the planner's estimate in the notes — it's the starting point for the conversation, not a contract.

A phone number we can call back on, please.
Which suburb is the kitchen in?
Pick the closest — it changes what we check for at the measure.

    FAQ

    Straight answers before the measure

Can I still get an engineered stone benchtop?
No. Engineered stone has been banned nationally since 1 July 2024 because of the silicosis risk to the people who cut it, and we won't fit it. We fit porcelain (sintered slab, from $950 per lm), natural stone such as granite or quartzite (from $1,100 per lm) or laminate (from $300 per lm) — all three are in the planner.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
It depends on the layout: about two weeks on site for a galley, three for an L-shape or U-shape, four for an L with an island. That clock starts at strip-out and ends at handover. Before it, allow six to eight weeks for your cabinetry to be made in the workshop after you sign off the drawings.
Can I keep my own appliances?
Yes. The $4,800 appliance package (oven, induction cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, supplied and installed) is optional — turn it off in the planner and we build the cabinetry to suit what you already own and reconnect it.
Do you move plumbing, gas or walls?
Yes — our plumber and electrician handle moved points and our builder's registration covers structural work — but we quote it after the measure rather than guessing. Every house hides something different behind the old cabinets. Flooring and painting work the same way.
What does the $3,500 base cover?
Design and a 3D render, strip-out and disposal of the old kitchen, plumbing and electrical disconnect and reconnect, installation of the new cabinetry and benchtops, and a final clean. It's on every job, which is why the planner never starts at zero.
Is the planner price what I'll pay?
It's our honest starting point — the same lineal-metre rates we quote from, supply and install, GST included, metro Perth north of the river and the coast included. The fixed quote after the measure adds anything structural, any moved services, flooring and painting, and nothing else.
