From site managers
Two labourers walked off a civil pour on the Friday. Rang at 7pm, had six names and ticket numbers by 8:30, all six through the gate at 6:50 Monday. Pour went ahead as programmed.
Asked for a TA for a fortnight on a fit-out and got a bloke who knew shopfitting. Kept him the whole job — eleven weeks. Timesheets matched the board every Friday.
We book the same four for every slab now. Same leading hand, same faces, they know our formwork. Priced on the board, one invoice a week, super and comp handled.

Straight answers
Labourers: same day if you call before 9pm the night before — they're at the gate by seven. Ticketed operators and qualified trades usually next day, because we match tickets and VOC to the machine and the task before we send anyone. Weekend starts are fine; ring by Friday lunchtime.
Everything the worker costs: wages, super, workers' compensation, public liability, PPE, pay-run and timesheet admin. GST is included in the figures on this page. There's no placement fee and no minimum term beyond the four-hour minimum call per worker per day.
You do — they report to your site manager or leading hand and follow your SWMS. If you'd rather not, add a leading hand from the board: they run the toolbox talk, allocate tasks and sign the timesheets at knock-off, and report to you.
Tell us before smoko and we swap them the same day. You're not charged for the swap and you don't pay for a worker you've sent home in the first two hours. It happens; we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
Yes — at award penalties, quoted per site. We don't print one number for it because the roster, travel and accommodation change it every time. Send the site and the roster and we'll price it the same day.

Your Crew Board scenario is already in the message. Add the site address, the induction time and anything the crew should know before they arrive.
We'd call you back within the hour in business hours (or first thing tomorrow) to confirm names, tickets and the gate time. Crew short for tomorrow? Call (08) 9000 0344 before 9pm.
