What site managers ask before they ring.
How fast can you get someone on site?
Labourers: same day if you call before 9pm the night before — they're at the gate by seven. Ticketed operators and qualified trades usually next day, because we match tickets and VOC to the machine and the task before we send anyone. Weekend starts are fine; ring by Friday lunchtime.
What's actually in the hourly rate?
Everything the worker costs: wages, super, workers' compensation, public liability, PPE, pay-run and timesheet admin. GST is included in the figures on this page. There's no placement fee and no minimum term beyond the four-hour minimum call per worker per day.
Who supervises the crew?
You do — they report to your site manager or leading hand and follow your SWMS. If you'd rather not, add a leading hand from the board: they run the toolbox talk, allocate tasks and sign the timesheets at knock-off, and report to you.
What if a worker doesn't suit the job?
Tell us before smoko and we swap them the same day. You're not charged for the swap and you don't pay for a worker you've sent home in the first two hours. It happens; we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
Do you do weekends, nights, regional and FIFO?
Yes — at award penalties, quoted per site. We don't print one number for it because the roster, travel and accommodation change it every time. Send the site and the roster and we'll price it the same day.
