Delivery
Off the stockpile
What's in the bays
Prices are per cubic metre, GST included, loaded at the Wangara yard. Delivery is charged per tipper load, not per metre — one load carries up to six.
Brickie's sand
$48 /m³
Clean yellow sand for bricklaying, sand pads under a slab, and bedding under paving. The one we shift most of.
Crushed limestone
$58 /m³
Compacts hard and drains. Driveway base, shed pads, retaining backfill and the base under a limestone wall.
Screened topsoil
$62 /m³
Screened loam blended for Perth sand. Lawn prep, garden beds and levelling before turf goes down.
Jarrah mulch
$78 /m³
Screened and turned on site, so it's coarse enough to stay put on a slope and won't blow off a verge.
Blue metal 10 mm
$96 /m³
Washed 10 mm aggregate for drainage runs, soakwell surrounds, exposed-aggregate mixes and pipe bedding.
Northern corridor delivery
$90 a load
Wanneroo, Joondalup, Butler, Ellenbrook, Ballajura. Two cubic metre minimum — the truck doesn't leave for less.
Perth metro delivery
$140 a load
Osborne Park, Perth, Fremantle, Canning Vale. Two cubic metre minimum, and we look at the drop before we book it.
Pick up at the yard
Free
Back the trailer onto the weighbridge. Open six days, including Saturday morning — a 6×4 safely carries about half a metre of sand.
Beyond the metro — Yanchep, Bullsbrook and the hills: one load, and the delivery is quoted on the run rather than priced on this page. The product still prices by the metre; ring us with the address and we'll put a number on the cartage.

What people say at the gate
Three loads, three customers
★★★★★
“Slab was booked for Thursday and I still needed the sand pad. Rang Tuesday afternoon, eight metres of brickie's landed at half seven Wednesday, two loads, and the concrete truck never waited.”
Owner-builder, Butler
★★★★★
“We take four metres of jarrah mulch every second Friday and it just happens. Same driver, same spot on the verge, docket in the ute. I haven't had to ring them in a year.”
Landscaper, Joondalup
★★★★★
“I'd measured the verge and thought I needed five metres. The bloke on the phone did the sums with me and said two would do it — and it did. Saved me nearly two hundred dollars they could have taken.”
Homeowner, Ellenbrook
Reviews are demonstration copy — Gnangara Sand & Soil is a fictional business and these are not real customers.

How far the tipper goes
The fee is per load, so eight metres to Butler is two loads and two fees. Pick-up costs nothing but your time and a trailer that can legally carry it.

- Perth metro — $140 a load
Osborne Park, Perth, Fremantle, Canning Vale. Two cubic metre minimum, and we check the driveway before we book it.
- Beyond the metro — quoted
Yanchep, Bullsbrook and the hills. One load per run, and we put a number on the cartage over the phone rather than guess it here.
- Pick up — free
