How the week is priced: your volume × the changes a week × the rate for your business gives the linen figure; chef whites are a flat $40 a week and sit inside the $150 weekly minimum. Delivery is two days a week included, three days +$25, six days +$60, and that surcharge sits outside the minimum — so the week is max(linen, $150) + delivery. Changes can never outrun delivery days: ask for more changes than the truck comes and we lift the run for you.

    What we wash

Rates by the room, the cover, the bed and the pack

Every rate below is per unit, per change, GST inclusive, and it is the same rate the Linen Run uses. Every run starts at $150 a week — that is the floor, not a hidden minimum.

Hotel & motel linen hire$9per room, per change

Fitted and flat sheets, pillowslips, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats — hired, laundered, pressed and delivered folded to the linen room. Priced by the room, not the piece.

Restaurant & function table linen$2per cover, per change

Cloths, overlays, napkins and slip cloths for à la carte and function service — starched, pressed and delivered on hangers or flat, counted against your covers.

Aged care & disability accommodation$11per bed, per change

Bed linen, towels, face washers and personal laundry, washed to a thermal disinfection cycle with the wash records kept and available for your audit.

Physio & medical clinic$12per treatment room, per change

Couch covers, draw sheets, hand towels and gowns for treatment rooms — thermally disinfected, bagged clean and delivered to the room count you give us.

Gym & studio towel packs$16per pack of 25 towels, per change

Gym towels in sealed packs of 25, laundered hot with a full extraction so they come back dry, soft and odour-free. Priced by the pack so the count is never in doubt.

Wash only, your linenfrom $1per cover, per change

Keep your own linen and we launder and return it — from $1 a cover for restaurants, $5 a room for hotels, $6 a bed for aged care, $7 a treatment room, $9 a towel pack.

Chef whites & aprons+$40a week, flat

Chef jackets, aprons and tea towels on the hospitality runs — jackets pressed, aprons folded, tea towels bundled. One flat weekly line, no per-piece counting.

    Delivery days2 free3 days +$25 · 6 days +$60 a week

Two delivery days a week are in every price. Three days is $25 a week, six days is $60. You can never book more changes than delivery days — the run lifts to cover them.

Every run starts at $150 a week. If your linen comes to less than that, the week is billed at the $150 minimum and the docket shows you exactly what your linen came to. The delivery surcharge is added after the minimum, never absorbed into it.

    ★★★★★
We ran two machines in a back room and still had housekeeping waiting on towels at 11am. Twenty-five rooms, three changes a week, one weekly figure — and the back room is a store again.
    Renée T. · Northbridge · 25-room hotel
    ★★★★★
Saturday lunch runs into Saturday dinner and the cloths have to keep up. They pick up Friday night and the pressed linen is back before service — six days a week, never once short.
    Dominic A. · East Perth · 120-cover restaurant
    ★★★★★
The auditor asked for wash temperatures and cycle records for the quarter. They emailed the lot the same afternoon, with the count sheets attached. That is the whole reason we moved.

    Where we run

Out of Welshpool, six days a week, across the metro

The trucks leave Welshpool before five. The CBD, Northbridge and East Perth runs are done by eight; Subiaco and Osborne Park mid-morning; Cannington and the southern suburbs after that; Fremantle and Joondalup on their own scheduled days. Same driver, same run, every week.

    Start a run

Tell us the site and we'll price the week properly

The Linen Run's scenario comes across with the form. We walk the site, count what you have now, confirm the delivery days that suit your service, and send the weekly figure in writing before a single sheet moves.

We'd call you back the same working day to book a walk-through — or ring (08) 9000 0373 now if you are short of linen tonight.

Tell us who to ask for.

A number we can ring back — digits, spaces and + only.

The name on the invoice is enough.

Where's the site? Suburb is enough.

Pick the closest one — it changes how we plan the changeover.

No contract, no lock-in — we ring to confirm.

    Questions from the linen room

What people ask before the first run

What happens if you lose our linen?
Linen is counted out of our plant and counted back in from your site, and the count sheets go out with every invoice. When a piece goes missing — and in a busy hotel some always do — it is charged at replacement cost on the next invoice, itemised, with the count sheet attached so you can see exactly where the gap opened. Nothing is hidden in a "sundries" line, and nothing is charged twice. On hire, replacement cost is what the piece costs us to put back on the shelf, not a retail markup.
    Can we start small?
Yes. $150 a week is the floor — a six-room motel, a two-room physio clinic or a single-studio gym all land there, and the docket shows you what your linen actually came to underneath it. The minimum covers the truck, the count and the wash records; it is not a penalty for being small. Plenty of our sites started at the floor and grew into a six-day run.
    How fast is the turnaround?
In on the run, back on the next. Two delivery days a week means soiled linen goes out Tuesday and clean comes back Friday; six days a week means what leaves this morning is back tomorrow morning. Because we hold a par stock for hire customers, you are never waiting on your own linen to come back — you are handed the next set while yours is in the wash.
Can you just wash our own linen?
Yes — that is wash only. You keep your linen, we launder and return it, and the rate drops: $5 a room for hotels, $1 a cover for restaurants, $6 a bed for aged care, $7 a treatment room, $9 a towel pack. You carry the stock and the replacement cost of wear; we carry the wash, the press and the run. Most sites that own good linen already start here and move to hire when the stock wears out.
    Is there a contract?
No lock-in — four weeks' notice either way. We invoice weekly in arrears against the count sheets, and the weekly figure only changes when your volume, your changes or your delivery days change. If we stop being worth it, four weeks and we take our linen back and hand you the final count.
Do you meet aged care and clinic standards?
Aged care, disability accommodation and clinic linen runs on a thermal disinfection cycle — held hot for the required time, not just washed hot — and every load carries a wash record with the temperature and hold time against the batch. Those records are yours on request, which is what auditors ask for. Clean and soiled linen travel in separate covered cages and never share a lane in the plant.
