Plan of a block: house, paving and the lawn we would mow

The gap on the left boundary is the side gate. That is how we get in when nobody is home, which is most of the round.

$60a visit

$1,560 a year over 26 visits

Monthly costs more a visit and less a year. Pick whichever suits — we will tell you if the fortnight is overkill, and between October and April it rarely is. Skipping a fortnight saves you the $60, but four weeks of November growth comes back as a one-off tidy, and on this block that is $96.

What we do, and what it costs

Every visit is mow, edge, whipper-snip and blow down — paths, verge and kerb strip included. The prices below are the honest starting points, not a teaser.

Four things people ring us about

Mowing is not hard. Turning up on the day you were told is the whole business, and it is where most rounds fall over.

  1. A fixed day, not “sometime this week”

You are placed on a run — Willetton Tuesdays, Canning Vale and Southern River Wednesdays, Riverton and Leeming Thursdays. Your fortnight does not move because someone else booked first.

  2. A text the night before

So the gate is unlocked, the dog is inside and the trampoline is off the lawn. You do not need to be home, and we never need to knock.

  3. Edges, paths and blow-down every time

Included, not an upsell. A mown lawn with a shaggy kerb strip is not a finished job, and the kerbline is the bit your neighbours see.

  4. Rain moves the day, not the price

If it is too wet to cut we come the next dry day on that run. You are never charged twice and you never lose a visit off the year.

What the round says

Demonstration copy for a demonstration business — written the way real customers of a Perth mowing round actually talk.

“Ours had gone to seed after a wet July and I was embarrassed to ask. First visit was the quote, he took the whole lot away, and it has been on the fortnight since.”

Rossmoyne · on the round two years

“Property manager here. Six of my rentals sit on the same fortnight. One invoice a month and not one tenant phone call about the lawn.”

Canning Vale · six properties

“I asked to drop to monthly over winter. He worked out that it costs more a visit and less across the year, told me straight, and set it up.”

Leeming · monthly May to August

The questions we actually get

Do I need to be home?

No. Almost nobody on the round is. We text the night before so the side gate is unlocked and the dog is in, we do the job, and we send the invoice. If the gate is locked when we arrive we do the front, charge nothing extra, and get the back next visit.

What happens if it rains?

Wet grass tears rather than cuts and it clogs the catcher, so we move you to the next dry day on that run — usually within two days. You are not charged twice and you do not lose a visit off the year.

Do you do the edges and blow down, or just mow?

Every visit: mow, edge along paths and beds, whipper-snip what the mower cannot reach, then blow the paths, drive and kerb strip clean. It is in the price, not added to it.

What happens to the clippings?

By default they go back as mulch — it feeds the lawn through summer and it costs you nothing. If you would rather they went, green waste on the trailer is $35 a visit and we take prunings with it.

Can I skip a visit?

Yes, just reply to the night-before text. Skips are free. We will say so if we think you are pushing it — a fortnightly lawn skipped in November comes back as a one-off tidy, and that costs more than the visit you saved.

Do you mow around my watering days?

We work around whatever your roster is. Tell us your days when you book and we will set your run so the lawn is cut and cleared before the sprinklers go on.

We do not publish watering rosters or sprinkler rules on this page — they come from your water provider and they change. Ask them, then tell us.

Get on the round

Four things and we can price it. We come out, quote on the spot, and if you are happy the first visit is that visit. No deposit, no contract, cancel with a text.

You are asking about a standard block on a fortnightly round — about $60 a visit. Change it above if that is not you.
Pop a name in so we know who we are calling.
We need a contactable number — at least 8 digits.
Which suburb? It decides which run day you land on.
Rough size is fine, or pick “come and look”.

Or ring (08) 9000 0416. Mon–Fri 6:30am–5pm, Saturday mornings in growing season.

This is a demonstration build by Sapience Analytics. Want one pointed at your customers?

Kerbline is not a real round — the page is. Every figure on it is computed live from one price model, the estimate feeds the enquiry form, and the one thing this trade cannot verify (watering rosters) is deliberately not published. That is exactly how we would build yours.
