Demonstration reviews, written the way our clients actually talk.
“They re-marked our whole centre lot — 340 bays — over one Sunday night. Trolleys out at 7am Monday like nothing happened, and the lines are the best they've looked in a decade.”
“Our safety audit flagged missing pedestrian separation. Straightedge laid out walkways and exclusion hatching to our traffic plan in two nights — we passed the re-audit without a comment.”
“Twenty years of owners arguing about the car park, fixed in one visit. The bays are straight, the accessible bay finally meets the standard, and the invoice matched the quote to the dollar.”

Straight answers
How long before cars can drive on new lines?
Water-borne traffic paint is trafficable in about an hour and fully cured overnight — which is why we mark at night and hand the lot back before opening. Thermoplastic sets in minutes.
How often does a car park need re-marking?
Every two to four years, depending on traffic and exposure. High-turnover retail lots fade fastest; a quiet strata lot can hold five. If your bays disappear in rain, you're overdue.
What sizes does AS 2890 require for bays?
Most commercial bays run 2.4–2.6 m wide by 5.4 m long depending on user class — shopping centres sit at the wider end. Accessible bays under AS 2890.6 need a 2.4 m bay plus a 2.4 m shared area, both 5.4 m long, with the symbol and hatching marked. We check your drawing against the standard before we paint.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Almost exclusively. Car parks earn their keep in daylight, so our crews set out after close and are gone before open. Weekend and staged works for centres that never fully shut.
What surface preparation is needed?
The surface must be clean and dry — we sweep and blow down as part of establishment, and degrease oil spots before painting. New asphalt needs two to four weeks' cure before first marking; we'll schedule around your paving contractor.
What does re-marking cost?
Re-marks start at $740 — the $480 site establishment plus the 10-bay minimum at $26 a bay following your existing setout. New layouts start at $860. Use the planner above with your bay count and the ledger prices it live.
