Front pads with rotors machined $340–$560. Pads and new rotors $450–$720. Pad depth measured in millimetres, not vibes.
Cooling system

Pressure test, thermostat, hoses, radiator swaps. Perth summers find a weak cooling system first — we find it before February does.
Suspension & steering

Shocks, bushes, control arms and honest advice on what can wait — quoted after a shake-down on the hoist.

The workshop is in Osborne Park, just off Main Street. Most of our regulars come from ten minutes either side of the Mitchell Freeway — drop the car at 7:30am, grab the train from Glendalough, and it's usually done by five.

Will servicing here void my new-car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law your new-car warranty stays intact as long as servicing follows the manufacturer's schedule using fit-for-purpose parts — which is exactly what a logbook service here is. We stamp the book the same as the dealer does, and we'll put that in writing if you'd like it.
How do you quote?
Photos plus written approval. The car goes on the hoist, we photograph anything we'd repair, and we text you the pictures with a price. Nothing happens without your yes — and the invoice matches the quote, not the other way around.
What's the labour rate?
$135/hr, flat, written on the wall next to the coffee machine. Same rate for a hatch or a Euro — Euro jobs only cost more where the parts and fluids genuinely do.
Do you work on EVs and hybrids?
Hybrids, yes — servicing, brakes, cooling and diagnostics. High-voltage EV battery and drive work we refer to a specialist, and we'll tell you that up front rather than learn on your car.
Can I wait while it's serviced?
For small services, yes — there's a bench, decent coffee, and the wifi password is on the wall under the labour rate. Majors and brake jobs are usually drop-off by 8am, back by 5pm.
Do you have loan cars?
Two, free, booked ahead. They're usually spoken for by Wednesday, so if you'll need one, say so when you book — early in the week is your best bet.
