Halewood Migration · Perth CBD

Registered migration agents in Perth — skilled, employer sponsored, partner and student visas.

The welder in Malaga whose 482 expires in November. The nurse going 482 to 186. The couple in Como lodging an 820. We price the professional fee before you engage us — to the whole dollar — and the Department's charges are declared at cost, never marked up.

Professional fees only, GST inclusive. Department of Home Affairs application charges, skills-assessment body fees, English test fees, police checks and medicals are paid at cost by you — we tell you the current schedule at the consult and never add to it. What we charge, before you engage us

Every figure below is our fee for the work, GST inclusive. The Department's charges sit on top, at cost, and we show you the current schedule at the consult. The Planner's cheapest output — a document review at $850 — is the floor of this grid.

    Flat fee

    $850

    Document review

You've built the bundle yourself. We read every form, every statutory declaration and every piece of evidence, mark what's missing, and hand it back with a written list. You lodge it. One fee whatever the visa, whatever the family size.

    Flat fee · skilled visas

    $1,900

    EOI & skills-assessment support

We pick the assessing authority, prepare the skills-assessment application, score the points test honestly, and lodge and track the expression of interest in SkillSelect. Your partner and children go on the same EOI at no extra fee.

    From

    $1,600

    Student visa (500)

CoE from your provider, the Genuine Student statement written with you rather than for you, financial and English evidence assembled, lodgement and follow-up. Course changes and provider swaps handled as they come.

    From

    $4,200

    Skilled points-tested (189 · 190 · 491)

Skills assessment, the points test scored against the real criteria, expression of interest in SkillSelect, state nomination where it applies, then lodgement and decision-ready evidence. Five stages, one file.

    From

    $5,400

    Employer sponsored (482 · 186)

Sponsorship and nomination for the business, the visa application for the worker, labour market testing evidence, and the 482-to-186 transition when the time comes. We act for whoever engages us and say so in writing.

    From

    $5,800

    Partner (820 · 801)

Sponsorship, the four pillars of relationship evidence organised properly, lodgement of the 820, then the 801 when it falls due — we diarise it so the permanent stage doesn't get missed. On a partner visa your partner is the sponsor, not an applicant.

    From

    $14,500

    Business innovation (188)

State nomination, the business and investment history assembled to evidence standard, expression of interest, invitation and lodgement. Long files, senior time, and a fee that reflects both.

    Full representation only

    +$900 partner

    Family on the application

Each child on the same application adds $450. On a document review or EOI support the family costs nothing extra — one review fee, one expression of interest. On a partner visa the partner is the sponsor, so the loading doesn't apply.

We are not a fixed-price factory: if the file turns out to be harder than the consult suggested — a refusal history, a health waiver, a sponsor mid-restructure — we tell you before we start and quote the difference in writing. We never bill an increase you haven't agreed to.

    Clients

Three files, in their own words

    ★★★★★

“Our best boilermaker was ninety days off his 482 expiring and I'd been putting it off since March. Halewood had the nomination and the renewal lodged inside three weeks and told me exactly what it would cost before we signed anything.”
    Workshop manager, fabrication business, Malaga

    ★★★★★

“We'd been collecting bank statements and photos for a year with no idea what actually mattered. They sorted the four pillars in one afternoon, told us what was missing, and the 820 was lodged eleven days later.”
    Partner visa applicant, Como

    ★★★★★

“I went 482 to 186 while working full shifts. Everything came by email in the order I needed it, nothing was chased twice, and when I asked whether it was guaranteed they said plainly that nobody can promise that. I trusted them more for it.”
    Registered nurse, WA Health, Bentley

    Where we work

Perth CBD office, clients across the metro and the regions

Consults happen on St Georges Terrace, in your workshop or over video — most files never need you in a room. We act for applicants living in WA and for the employers bringing them here, and we take regional files by video from Geraldton to Esperance.

Tell us where you are and we'll tell you what's possible

The Planner's scenario comes across with the form — visa, service level, partner and children — so the first call starts at the right place instead of at the beginning. If your visa expires inside sixty days, say so in the box and ring us as well.

We'd call you back within one business day to book the consult — or ring (08) 9000 0371 now if a deadline is close.

Tell us who to ask for.

A number we can ring back — digits, spaces and + only.

Pick where you are — it changes nothing about the fee, only how we meet.

Nationality and what you hold now — letters, numbers, spaces, commas and hyphens.

No fee until we've quoted the file in writing and you've agreed to it.

    Before you engage anyone

The questions we get in the first ten minutes

What do the Department's charges come to?
They are set by government, not by us, and they change — usually on 1 July. So we don't print an estimate on a web page that ages badly. At the consult we open the current schedule with you, write down the exact charge for your subclass and each family member, and add the skills-assessment body's fee, the English test and the medicals. You pay those at cost. We never mark them up and we never take a commission on them.
How long does a skilled visa take?
Processing times belong to the Department and they publish a current range by subclass. Anyone quoting you a firm number is guessing. What we can commit to is our part of the clock: the skills assessment prepared inside three weeks of getting your documents, the expression of interest lodged the day the assessment lands, and a decision-ready application filed the week an invitation arrives. At the consult we read you the published range for your subclass on the day.
Can you guarantee I'll get the visa?
No — and nobody may. A registered migration agent who guarantees an outcome is breaching the Code of Conduct, and it is the clearest warning sign there is. What we do is tell you honestly at the consult whether we think the application is strong, marginal or not viable, and if it's not viable we'll say so rather than take your money.
    Do you do appeals?
Merits review isn't our practice. If a refusal lands we'll read the decision record with you, tell you plainly whether we think review has merit, and refer you to a lawyer or an agent who does review work — no referral fee, either direction. What we do handle is the file you lodge after: a fresh application built to answer the reasons for refusal.
What does a partner or a child add?
On full representation, $900 for a partner and $450 for each child — that's our work on their forms, their evidence, their health and character requirements. On a document review or EOI support it adds nothing: one review fee whatever the family size, and your partner and children sit on the same expression of interest. On a partner visa your partner is the sponsor, not an applicant, so the loading doesn't apply at all.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. Video works for the consult and for everything after — we've lodged files for clients in Karratha, Esperance and Manila without meeting them. If you'd rather sit across a desk on St Georges Terrace, or you'd rather we came to the workshop in Malaga, that's fine too, and it costs the same.
