Does mobile servicing keep my new-car warranty?
Yes. Australian law doesn't require dealer servicing — it requires servicing to the manufacturer's schedule with fit-for-purpose parts, by a qualified repairer. We stamp your logbook to that schedule, use genuine-spec parts, and the itemised invoice is your evidence.
What can't be done in a driveway?
Honestly: clutches, gearbox and diff work, timing chains, head work, and anything that needs a hoist or a press. We'll diagnose those on your driveway, quote what we can, and tell you straight when the job belongs in a workshop — with a referral if you want one.
What happens if it rains?
Gazebo first, reschedule second. Most services and brakes run fine under cover; if the weather makes the job unsafe or sloppy, we move it at no charge — you'll get the call before the van leaves the base.
How long does a service take?
A logbook service runs 60–90 minutes on the driveway. Front brakes are about the same. A pre-purchase inspection takes around an hour at the seller's address, with the written report to you the same day.
How does payment work?
Card or bank transfer on the day, and the itemised invoice is emailed before the van leaves. Nothing is fitted or fixed until you've okayed the price — quoted jobs like batteries are confirmed with you first.
Do you travel outside the 25 km ring?
Yes — travel past 25 km from the Canning Vale base adds $1.20/km each way, measured once and stated upfront when you book. Mandurah before lunch is a regular run.
