The Support Week Planner
Plan my week
Pick the supports that matter to you, set the hours, and watch a week take shape — with the honest numbers underneath.
9 hrseach week
Your week, in plain words
Our standard weekday daytime rate is $67.56/hr — at or below the current NDIS price-guide cap for standard supports. The planner uses that rate for every hour, to keep the maths simple. Evenings, Saturdays and Sundays cost more (so would a Saturday cooking program) — we'll always show you the exact rate before a shift is booked, and our rates only change when the price guide does.
Supports & honest rates
What we do, and what it costs
NDIS-funded supports are billed at price-guide rates — the numbers below are our standard weekday daytime anchors, so you can compare us properly.
Support work at home
From $67.56/hr, weekday daytime
Morning and evening routines, meals, medication prompts, a hand with the house — the everyday support that keeps home working the way you want it to.
Getting out & about
From $67.56/hr + transport at the per-km guide rate
Swimming, shopping, appointments, seeing friends. Transport is charged at the price-guide per-kilometre rate and agreed with you in writing before the first trip.
Life skills & learning
Small groups — group rates shared between participants
Cooking on Saturdays, money and travel skills, getting confident on your own terms. Group rates are shared, and we'll show you the maths before you join.
Short breaks for carers
Respite & short-term accommodation — quoted per stay
Planned breaks that work for everyone. Every stay is quoted in writing, itemised, before you book — never a surprise on the invoice.
Support coordination
We don't offer it — on purpose
Coordinating our own supports would be a conflict of interest. If you need a support coordinator, we'll help you find a good independent one — even though it earns us nothing.
Every plan type welcome
Plan-managed · self-managed · agency-managed
We invoice your plan manager, invoice you directly, or claim through the portal — whichever way your plan is set up. Invoices are itemised by shift, always.
In their words
What participants and families say
These are demonstration reviews, written for this demo page — but they're written the way our reviews should read: specific, and in the person's own voice.
"My worker turns up when she says she will. We do the shopping on Thursdays and she waits when I need time to decide things. Nobody rushes me, and nobody talks over my head at the checkout."
"They told us straight up what evening shifts cost before the first one was booked. Mum has the same two workers every week, and the invoice matches what they said. That's all we ever wanted."
"I asked to change workers after the first month. It wasn't awkward — they just sorted it, and the new match stuck. I run the cooking group's shopping list now."
Where we work
Perth's south-east, along the Canning
We're based in Cannington and keep our travel footprint tight — it means workers arrive on time and transport charges stay small.
Home base: Cannington. Regular supports across Victoria Park, St James, Bentley, Wilson, Ferndale, Riverton, Shelley, Willetton, Lynwood, Langford, Thornlie, Gosnells, Maddington, Kenwick, Beckenham, East Cannington and Queens Park. Just outside the map? Ask — if we can staff it reliably, we'll say yes; if we can't, we'll say that too.
Straight answers
Questions people actually ask us
What does it cost me?
If your supports are NDIS-funded, they're billed to your plan at price-guide rates — our standard weekday daytime rate is $67.56/hr, and evening or weekend rates are higher, set by the same guide. We invoice your plan manager, invoice you (if you're self-managed), or claim through the portal.
You'll see every rate in your service agreement before anything starts, and every invoice is itemised by shift.
Can I pick my support worker?
Yes. We'll suggest workers based on what you're into and what you need, you meet them first, and meet-and-greets are free. You're choosing a person you'll spend hours with every week — that shouldn't be a lucky dip.
What happens if we don't click?
You tell us — or tell your coordinator and they tell us — and we rematch you. No awkward conversation required, no explaining yourself. It happens, it's normal, and it's your call.
And if something's ever seriously not right, you can always raise it with the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544. We'll tell you that in person too, because you should know it.
Do you support self-managed participants?
Yes. Self-managed and plan-managed participants make up most of the people we support. You get the same itemised invoices and the same rates — nothing changes except who we send the bill to.
How fast can supports start?
Usually within two weeks of the service agreement being signed — that's the time it takes to match workers to your week and do a proper handover. If your situation is urgent, say so in the enquiry and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do sooner.
Is transport included?
Support worker time in the car is part of the hourly rate. The vehicle itself is charged per kilometre at the price-guide rate, agreed with you in writing before the first trip — you'll never find a travel charge on an invoice you didn't agree to first.

Well, almost: this is a demonstration page, so nothing was actually sent. On the real site, we'd be in touch within one business day to arrange a free, no-pressure meet-and-greet.
