Services

What it costs, honestly.

Ranges, not false precision — smash repair is quoted on teardown, and we'll always tell you when the cheaper fix is the right one.

Scuff & scratch buffing

from $150

Clear-coat scuffs and key marks that haven't broken the colour. Machine-polished out in an hour — if it needs paint instead, we'll say so before we start.

Paintless dent removal

from $180 / panel

Car-park dents and hail, worked out from behind the panel. Your factory paint stays — the best repair is the one that never sees a spray gun.

Bumper repairs

from $450

Plastic welded, flex-primed and resprayed as a complete unit — scrapes, cracked tabs and split bars. A bar sprays off the car, so no blend into the bodywork.

Panel repair + respray

from $580

Beaten straight, primed, painted and blended into the next panel. Colour matched by spectrophotometer before a drop gets mixed.

Panel replacement

from $980

When the metal's past saving: new panel, aligned to factory gaps, painted and blended. Hidden damage checked on teardown, before the quote is final.

Full resprays

quoted on inspection

A respray is 80% prep — anyone quoting one sight-unseen is guessing with your money. Bring it in; we'll walk the car with you.

Fleet & sign-written vehicles

priority turnaround

We mask and preserve wraps where the panel allows — and coordinate the rewrap when it doesn't. Utes are income; we book them first.

Insurance claim repairs

you pay your excess

Not-at-fault or claiming: bring the claim number, we quote your assessor directly and handle the paperwork. Your cost is your excess.

Why trust us with the line

Licensed, insured, in writing.

MRB-licensed repairer

MRB 0000 — WA repairers must be licensed under the Motor Vehicle Repairers Act, and the number sits on every quote we write.

$20M public liability

Covered for every car on the hoist and every car waiting — including fleet and courtesy vehicles.

Since 2010

Sixteen years of northern-corridor smash work — assessors know the shop, and the shop knows the paperwork.

Lifetime paint warranty

Our paint work is warranted for as long as you own the car — in writing, on the invoice, not in a handshake.

Most WA policies let you choose your repairer — check yours. Steering you to a partner shop is their preference, not your obligation. If you'd rather the quote came from someone who'll show you the teardown, that's your call to make.

Reviews

The line, held.

★★★★★

"The not-at-fault claim never felt like paperwork. Gave them the claim number on Monday, the assessor's quote went in Tuesday, and the only thing I paid for was the coffee while I waited for the courtesy car."

MARIE T · KINGSLEY · NOT-AT-FAULT CLAIM

★★★★★

"Car-park crease down the rear door. The colour matched so well I honestly forgot which door it was — and I went looking for it in the sun."

DAVE R · LANDSDALE · DOOR RESPRAY + BLEND

★★★★★

"Two sign-written utes rear-ended a week apart. Both back on the road in three days each, wraps preserved. The fleet's never been down longer than the parts took."

FAQ

The questions the counter gets.

Should I claim it, or just pay for the repair?
Do the maths in the open: if our range sits under or near your excess, paying privately is usually the better deal — and a claim-free record is worth real money at renewal. If the damage lands well past the excess, claim. Get the range first, then decide; that's exactly what the mapper above is for.
Can I choose my own repairer, or do I have to use the insurer's shop?
Most WA comprehensive policies include choice of repairer — some charge a little more for it, some steer you to partner shops by default. Steering is their preference, not your obligation; check the PDS or ask them the question directly. If you can choose, we quote your assessor and the claim runs the same way.
How long will the repair take?
A one-panel repair and respray is typically two to three days in the shop. What moves it is parts — a bumper bar for a common ute is next-day, a quarter panel for something imported can be weeks. We don't book you in until the parts are on the bench, so the car isn't sitting here waiting.
Will the new paint actually match?
We read your paint with a spectrophotometer and mix to the reading — not to the colour code on the build plate, which has usually drifted years of sun ago. Then the new colour gets blended into the neighbouring panels, so there's no hard edge for your eye to find. Metallics and pearls always blend; that's the craft, not an extra.
Is paintless dent removal real, or a car-park scam?
Real — when the paint's unbroken. Steel remembers its pressed shape, and a good tech can work a dent out from behind without touching the finish. If the paint's cracked or the metal's creased, PDR is honestly off the table and it becomes a repair-and-respray. We'll tell you which one you're looking at from photos.
Why did the quote change after you pulled the bumper off?
That's the hidden-damage teardown. Panels hide what's behind them — crushed reinforcement bars, kinked slide rails, cracked mounts that only show once the skin comes off. It's why honest shops quote ranges and confirm after disassembly, before more work happens. The top of our ranges is what finding hidden damage costs.
