Do I need council approval?

How long does it take?
Design and engineering about a week, council approval 2–4 weeks, the build itself 2–4 days. The paperwork is the long pole — which is why we start it at the measure, not after the deposit.
Colorbond, polycarb or insulated?
Solid Colorbond is full shade and quiet rain. Polycarb lets the light through and is hail-rated — and it drums in heavy rain; we'll say so before you pick it. Will it match my roof?
