Services & prices

Honest prices, confirmed before we book

All prices are for a standard 3–4 bed Perth home. Bigger place, acreage, or a commercial site? We'll quote it straight over the phone.

General pest treatment

Cockroaches, ants and spiders in one internal-and-external visit. Safe for kids and pets once dry — usually a couple of hours.

from $189

Rodent treatment

Locked bait stations in the roof void and subfloor, plus entry-point advice so they don't come straight back.

from $165

Termite inspection

Full visual inspection to AS 3660.2 — roof void, subfloor, perimeter and fence lines — with a written report the same day.

from $275

Termite chemical treatment

A treated soil zone around the home where activity is found. Scope and price depend on your perimeter and slab type.

$2,200–$4,800

Pre-purchase timber pest inspection

Buying? Know what the seller's report didn't say. Report delivered to you and your broker before settlement pressure hits.

from $330

Wasp nests

Paper wasps and mud nests removed, usually same week. European wasp sightings get reported to DPIRD as required.

from $160

Bees are never on this list. We don't kill bees — if a swarm turns up, we'll give you a local swarm collector's number and they'll rehome it, usually free.

"Annual spray done in just over an hour. Covered the fish tank without being asked and left a note on when the kids could go back on the lawn."

S. Perera — Bayswater

Questions we actually get

Straight answers, no scare copy

How long do we have to stay out of the house?

For a general treatment you don't have to leave at all — we just ask you to keep kids and pets off treated surfaces until they're dry, usually a couple of hours. If anyone in the house has respiratory sensitivities, tell us when you book and we'll plan the visit around it.

How often should a home be treated?

Annually, honestly. A general treatment holds well for about twelve months in Perth conditions. Anyone selling you a six-month cycle for a normal home is selling you a schedule, not a service. Termite inspections are also a once-a-year job — more often if you've had activity before.

What's the difference between a termite inspection and a barrier?

An inspection is a trained look: roof void, subfloor, perimeter, fences, moisture readings — reported to AS 3660.2. A barrier (chemical treated zone) is a treatment: soil around the home is treated so termites can't cross undetected. You inspect first, always. A barrier without an inspection is guesswork with a price tag.

Do you kill bees?

No. Bees aren't pests — they're livestock that got lost. If you've got a swarm, we'll give you a local swarm collector's number and they'll usually rehome it free. We only ever treat an aggressive established hive inside a wall cavity as a last resort, and we'll say so plainly if that's what you have.

Is the treatment safe for pets?

Yes, with the standard precautions: pets stay off treated surfaces until dry (a couple of hours), fish tanks get covered and pumps switched off while we spray nearby, and we'll flag anything specific for birds and reptiles — they're more sensitive. Tell us what you've got when you book.

What does a termite barrier warranty actually cover?

Read this part anywhere you go: a standard warranty covers retreatment of the treated zone if termites cross it — not repairing timber they damage. Damage cover is a separate insurance-backed product some manufacturers offer. Warranties also stay valid only with annual inspections. We put all of this in writing before you pay for anything.

Tell us what you've seen or heard

A rough description is plenty — "scratching in the roof at night" or "mud on a subfloor stump" tells us exactly what to bring. We'll call back to confirm the price and lock in a time.

Which suburb is the job in?

A sentence is plenty — it tells us what to bring.
