    Words from the room

    Quiet work, loud results.

Demonstration reviews, written the way our clients actually talk. On the real site these would be your Google reviews, pulled in live.

Eight years at a desk and my lower back had opinions about all of them. Three months of Tuesday and Thursday reformer and it's gone quiet. Nobody's more surprised than my physio.
Priya · Como unlimited week, three classes
I run 50 k a week and my hips were the weak link. The instructors here found the lazy glute in one session and built every class after it around fixing it. Hips came good by winter.
    Dan · Victoria Park 10-pack, cross-training
The 6am crowd is its own little club. I missed a fortnight after surgery and came back to find they'd been saving my reformer — second from the window. That's the kind of studio it is.

    Where we are

A destination studio, worth the short drive.

We're at the foreshore end of South Perth — five minutes from Como and Kensington, seven from Vic Park, and just across the water from the city. Most of the 6am crowd is parked behind the studio by 5:50.

    Asked at the front desk

    Fair questions, straight answers.

I've never done pilates. Will I keep up?

Yes — the intro pack is built for exactly that. Three classes, and your instructor scales every exercise: lighter springs, smaller ranges, more cues. By class three the reformer stops feeling like machinery and starts feeling like support.

Reformer or mat — which should I pick?

Honestly: both. The reformer loads and supports you, which flatters beginners and challenges regulars. Mat work travels with you — it's the strength you keep when you're away from the studio. They price the same here, so pick by feel.

    How big are classes?

Eight, never more. Eight reformers in the room, eight mats when it's a mat class. Small enough that your instructor corrects your form by name, every class.

Can I claim it on my health fund?

The honest answer: group pilates classes aren't claimable — that changed nationally in 2019. Some funds do rebate physio-supervised clinical sessions, which we run with our physio partners. If a rebate matters to you, ask your fund about clinical pilates before you book, and we'll point you at the right door.

    What do I bring?

Grip socks and a water bottle. Forgot the socks? We keep spares at the desk. Everything else — reformers, mats, props, the good morning light — is already in the room.
