Most families come from within about ten minutes. If you're further out, call and ask — plenty of regulars drive further for a weekday spot.
What parents ask before they book
What's included in a party package?+
Two hours in the room, a host to run the floor, tables and chairs set up, and clean-up afterwards. You bring the food, cake and decorations.
How many adults can come?+
As many as fit around the tables. Every adult and carer gets in free — we don't count them against your child headcount, and we don't charge them at the door either.
Can we bring our own cake?+
Yes. Bring any cake, food or decorations you like. We'll have a table and a lighter ready.
What happens if fewer kids turn up than we booked?+
You're still charged for the headcount you booked, not who shows up on the day — that's exactly what the calculator above shows. If numbers drop before the day, tell us; we can sometimes shift you into the room differently, but the minimum still applies.
Do you cater for allergies?+
We don't supply food, so you're in control of every ingredient. Tell us about any allergies when you book and we'll flag it to the host on the floor.
How far ahead do weekends book?+
Saturdays and Sundays usually fill three to six weeks out, more in school terms. Weekdays are far more flexible — often available with a few days' notice, which is part of why they're cheaper.
