No. Most of our round never sees us — a gate code or side-gate latch and the dog's name is plenty. You'll know we came because the report with photos and probe readings arrives while the van's still in your street.
The split is simple: standard sanitiser top-ups are included in your visit price. Big correction doses — a shock after a storm, a stabiliser rebuild, a salt top-up — are billed at cost, itemised on the visit report with the actual dose. You'll never see a line that says just “chemicals”.
Yes — every brand, every age, every previous owner's mystery plumbing. We didn't install any of the pools on our rounds. First visit includes a full equipment check, and if something's on its way out we'll tell you whether a repair beats a replacement before anything's ordered.
