Straight answers on print
What file do you need?
A PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed on every edge, colours in CMYK and images at 300 dpi. Fonts embedded or outlined. If that sentence meant nothing to you, send us whatever you've got — a Word file, a Canva export, a photo of the old card — and for $90 we'll set it up properly and send you a proof before anything goes on the press.
Digital or offset — and does it matter?
Under about two thousand pieces we print digitally: no plates, faster turnaround, sharp colour. Over that, offset gets cheaper per piece and holds a big flat colour a touch more evenly. Honestly, on a business card or a flyer you'll struggle to tell them apart — we pick the press that makes your run cheapest and tell you which one it went on.
Can you match my brand colour?
Close on digital — our presses are colour-managed and the operators are G7-trained, so a CMYK build lands where it should. Exact on offset with a Pantone spot colour mixed for the job. If the colour is the whole point (a franchise red, a bank blue), tell us the Pantone number and we'll quote the spot.
How fast is same-day?
Print-ready files by 10am, collect from 4pm — that's the $80 rush on business cards, flyers and posters. It doesn't stretch to booklets or anything that needs finishing beyond a trim. If you need it delivered rather than collected, it goes on the next-morning van.
Do you deliver?
Yes — $15 anywhere in the Perth metro, next business day, on our courier run. Collection from the trade counter in Malaga is free, Monday to Friday 8 to 5. Regional WA goes by road freight at cost, quoted with the job.
