The Session Path
Six sessions, one path
registered psychologist, in the room · extended first session on stone one
Choose the psychologist, the format and how many sessions. The path redraws and the fee on the door updates — full fees stated, rebates declared and never guessed.
Fees are full fees. Any rebate — Medicare, NDIS or your fund — is declared here and processed on the day, never subtracted as a guess. You're only billed for sessions attended; 48 hours' notice to move one.
Fees
Anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationships, sleep, adolescence, life after a diagnosis. Both registered and clinical psychologists hold AHPRA registration; sessions from $230.

Further specialist training and a higher Medicare rebate under Better Access. Same fifty minutes, same room.
Eighty minutes for two. The argument you keep having, the decision you can't make together, the silence after.
An eighty-minute intake instead of fifty: your history, what you want to change, and a plan you both agree on.

Stories
Fourteen years of night shift and I'd stopped expecting to sleep. Six sessions in I'm not fixed, I'm rested — and I know what to do on the nights it slips.
We'd had the same argument for three years. She didn't take sides. She showed us the shape of it. We still disagree; we don't fight about the disagreeing.
Our fifteen-year-old wanted telehealth or nothing. Camera off the first two weeks. Week three the camera came on. We didn't push — they didn't either.
Demo copy — the real practice would show consented, de-identified feedback, never anything a client hadn't chosen to share.
Where
The rooms are a short walk from Subiaco station, with parking behind the building. Most in-room clients come from the inner west and the city; the rest of the state joins by video.
Telehealth anywhere in WA — Broome to Esperance, the same fee and the same Medicare rebate as the room. We send a link; you need a quiet corner and a door that shuts.
Before you book
Not for private sessions, NDIS or private-health extras — you can just book. For a Medicare rebate under Better Access you need a GP mental health treatment plan first: your GP writes it, usually in a longer appointment, and it covers up to ten sessions a calendar year.
Both are registered with AHPRA and both can help with the things people usually come for. A clinical psychologist has completed further postgraduate training and supervised practice, and Medicare pays a higher rebate for their sessions. If you're unsure, tell us what's going on and we'll suggest who fits.
Honestly, we don't know until we've met. We set goals in the first session and review them at six — some people finish there, some keep going, some come back a year later for a top-up. You're never signed up for a block.
For most people and most concerns, yes — the research and our own clients say so. The fee is the same and so is the rebate. Some people prefer the room for couples work or the first few sessions; that's fine too, and you can switch.
Yes. What you say stays between you and your psychologist, with a small number of legal limits — a serious risk to you or someone else, a court order, or a child's safety — that we explain plainly in session one so there are no surprises later.
Give us 48 hours and there's no charge. Less than that and we ask for half the session fee, because the hour was held for you. Genuine emergencies are treated as such.

We'd call you back within one business day, from a Subiaco number, to find a time and match you with a psychologist. No voicemail left unless you tell us that's fine.
We're not a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger call 000. If you need to talk to someone now, Lifeline is 13 11 14, any hour.
