Saturday service at 9°C is the call we take most. Weekend crew on call, same 90 minutes. Extra hours $240.
Flat per visit by equipment: display cabinet $190, ice machine $220, cool room $240, condensing pack $260, freezer room $290. Coil clean, gas check, controls, defrost and drains.

Can you service equipment you didn't install?
Yes — most of our schedule is other people's equipment. We start with an asset register: what's on site, what it's running on, what condition the coils, controls and gaskets are in, and what a sensible service interval is for each one. No penalty for the room being second-hand or the pack being twenty years old.
Do you do the food-safety paperwork?
The temperature logging report, +$90 — a written pull-down curve showing the room's temperature from the moment we arrived to the moment it held set point, signed and dated for your food-safety file. Add it to any breakdown, scheduled service or gasket job; on a new install it's part of the commissioning and comes with the handover.
What's a scheduled service worth?
