Local moves
Houses, units and apartments, metro-wide from our Belmont depot. The $330 is the 2-hour minimum at $165/hr, stated as such — small moves land right on it.
Belmont depot · metro-wide · since 2013
Every Perth move crosses the Swan or the Canning eventually. We've crossed both daily since 2013 — kraft cartons stacked square, blankets folded, tape guns loaded, and an hourly rate with nothing hiding in it.
We work to AFRA standards Transit insurance certificate with every booking 2-hour minimum, stated up front
The signature tool
Pick your place, add the awkward things, flick the stairs toggle. The truck fills to your volume, and the numbers underneath are the same ones we'd put in writing — hourly rate, honest hours range, travel cap included.
Stairs are real work — the toggle shows you the difference instead of surprising you on the day.

What we do
One rate, one line. The hourly rate includes the truck, fuel, blankets and shrink — the invoice has one line you haven't seen only if you added it.

We move you Saturday, you trade Monday. Desks tagged by room, IT boxed by desk, and a floor plan taped to the new door before the first trolley rolls.
Book cartons $4.20, port-a-robes $18.50 — charged at what they cost us. Packers usually come the day before, so moving day starts loaded, not wrapping.
Ground floor, boards and a piano trolley. Stairs are quoted after photos — some pianos need four people and a plan, and we'd rather plan than improvise.
Cartons, butcher's paper, bubble, port-a-robes and tape — billed at what we pay, listed on the invoice. Buy-back on clean, undamaged cartons after the move.
Settlement gap? Your goods stay in our blankets on our tail-lift — one handling, not three. We store, hold, and deliver when the keys finally land.
Word of mouth
"Three-bed from Cloverdale to Harrisdale, done in six hours including the school-run detour. The estimator said five to seven and the invoice said six. That's the whole review."
"They packed the office Friday night and we traded Monday at nine. Every IT box labelled by desk. Nobody lost a monitor, nobody lost a Monday."
"The piano went on first, wrapped like royalty, strapped to the headboard wall. It came off last and it arrived in tune. Downsizing felt less like losing a house."
These reviews are written demonstration copy — on the real site, this section would stream live Google reviews.
Where we work
Depot travel is capped at 30 minutes each way, anywhere in the metro — Joondalup to Rockingham, hills to coast. Cross one river or both; the cap is the cap.
Straight answers
With easy access at both ends, our real-job ranges are: 1-bed 2–3.5 hrs · 2-bed 3–4.5 hrs · 3-bed 5–7 hrs · 4-bed+ 7–8.5 hrs — door-to-door, capped depot travel included. The estimator's range is real jobs, not best case; stairs and long carries add time, and the toggle above shows you exactly how much.
Two hours at $165 — $330 — plus nothing. Depot travel is already inside the hours we quote, capped at 30 minutes each way. The minimum exists because a crew, a truck, fuel and insurance cost the same to mobilise for one hour as for two; we'd rather say that here than pad your hours on the day.
Yes — transit insurance on your contents while they're on the truck, plus public liability. The certificate of currency comes attached to every booking confirmation, unprompted. If a removalist can't produce one before the job, keep shopping.
Either. Pack yourself and we supply cartons at cost ($4.20 a book carton, $18.50 a port-a-robe, buy-back on clean returns). Or our packers come the day before at $55/hr per packer — kitchens and glassware are where they earn it.
Gas bottles, fuel and jerry cans, opened liquids and part-tins of paint, ammunition — the things transit insurance won't touch. The fridge needs defrosting the night before. Pot plants travel, but they go on last, come off first, and we'll say so on the day.
End of month and weekends book out first — two to three weeks ahead is safe. A midweek, mid-month move is the quiet trick: same crew, same rate, easier booking, kinder traffic across the Causeway.
Get it in writing
Send the scenario you built above and we'd come back with a written estimate — hours range, rate, travel cap, extras, one page. No obligation, no "from" prices that grow on the day.

On the real site this would land with our booking team and we'd call you back within one business day to confirm hours, crew and a locked date — written estimate attached, transit insurance certificate with the booking confirmation.
