Pick roughly how much there is, where it’s sitting, and whether it’s heavy. The trailer fills as you go. Ring us with that number and we’ll confirm it before we start.

A two-hour window
You get a window, then a call from the driver when he’s twenty minutes out. If we’re running late you hear it from us first.
Fixed before we lift
The price is agreed at the kerb, in front of the pile. No hourly meter, no “that’s an extra” once the trailer is half full.
We do the carrying
Two blokes, trolleys and straps. You point; nothing needs to be at the kerb, and nothing needs you standing in the sun.
We sweep the spot
Broom and a magnet sweep for screws and glass. Property managers get photos of the cleared area the same afternoon.

Straight answers
What people ask before they book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our jobs are a text with a photo, a gate code and a pile down the side of the house. We send photos of the cleared spot and take payment afterwards. If you’d rather be there, that’s fine too — it just means the price gets agreed face to face instead of on the phone.
Do you sweep up, or just take the pile?
We sweep. Broom for the dust, and a magnet sweep across a driveway or garage floor where there’s been metal, screws or broken glass. It costs us ten minutes and it’s the difference between a job and a mess with a hole in it.
What can’t you take?
Asbestos — that’s a specialist job and we don’t do it. Also tyres, paint and solvents, gas bottles, and anything still connected to a gas or power supply. Everything else on a normal domestic clear-out is fine, including fridges, mattresses, timber, green waste, soil, brick and concrete. Ring us with the awkward item; we’ll tell you straight and, if we can’t take it, who can.
Does it go straight to the tip?
Not all of it. Loads come back to the yard and get pulled apart there — scrap metal, clean green waste and usable timber come out first, and about 6 in 10 of our loads leave again as one of those three rather than as landfill. We don’t sort on your driveway; that’s slow and it’s not what you’re paying for.
How is the price worked out?
Volume first — how much room it takes in the truck — then access, then whether it’s heavy. Soil, brick and concrete add $60 because the tip charges those by weight rather than by volume. That’s the whole model, and it’s the same one running the estimate above.
How do I pay?
Card or tap on the truck when the job’s done, or bank transfer on a same-day invoice. Property managers and builders can go on account with a monthly statement. No deposit to book.
