Sizes & rates
Every unit is ground floor and drive-up on a swept concrete aisle. Rates are per month, month-to-month — lockers from $95 a month, and the rate follows the unit, not a contract.

$95/month
The honest job: documents, tubs and the good china — not furniture. Waist-height, drive-up, done in one boot-load.

$395/month
A 4-bed house or the car plus the garage wall — deep enough that the fridge doesn’t ride shotgun with the mattress.
3 × 9 unit
$520/month
Whole-house-between-settlements territory, or trade stock on pallets. Room for a walkway down the middle — future you says thanks.

From the aisle
Demo reviews, written the way our customers talk.
“Sold in Success, the new place wasn’t ready for seven weeks. What felt like a crisis turned out to be a 3 × 6 and a gate code. Everything came out dry, nothing musty, and the trolleys at the dock saved my back twice.”
Success — between settlements
“Cleared three rooms for the builders and the whole renovation fit in a 3 × 6 to the last box — the fit thing on their site called it exactly. Swept floor, bright aisle, never once felt weird going in at night.”
Coolbellup — renovating
“The caravan finally came off the front verge before the ranger’s third visit. $165 a month, my own padlock, and I can hook up at 5am on a Saturday without asking anyone’s permission. Should’ve done it a year ago.”
Yangebup — hardstand bay
The southern corridor keeps its stuff here
Two minutes off Stock Road, five off the freeway — close enough that the second trip doesn’t kill the Saturday. If you’re between Fremantle and Atwell, we’re the shed around the corner.

Questions we get at the gate
What size unit do I need?
The Unit Fit at the top of this page is the real answer — pick what you’re storing and it shows how full each size runs. Rough guide: a 2-bed unit sits snug in a 3 × 3; a 4-bed house wants the 3 × 6. If the meter says tetris, believe it — or book the bigger one and walk in standing up.
Can I get in on a Sunday night?
Yes. The gate code doesn’t know what day it is — access is 24/7, every day of the year. The office keeps business hours for new bookings and the trolleys live at the covered dock around the clock.
Is my stuff insured?
Through your own insurer — most home and contents policies extend to goods in storage. We issue the storage letter your policy asks for, with the unit number, the facility details and the dates on it. Your policy, our letter.
Why does prepaying save a month?
Pay five months up front and the sixth is free — on any unit and on the hardstand. On a 3 × 3 that’s $265 back in your pocket. It saves us the paperwork of five reminders, so we hand the saving to you. Month-to-month stays month-to-month either way.
Can I switch units later?
Any month. Downsize once the house settles, upsize when the garage project grows — the rate simply follows the unit you’re in. No transfer fee, no new contract, because there’s no contract to begin with.
