    ★★★★★

“Settlement was Thursday and the buyer's inspector wanted proof of a pump-out. Booked Monday, pumped Tuesday, disposal receipt in my inbox an hour after the truck left. The sale went through without a hiccup.”
    Karen M. — Glen Forrest, pre-settlement pump-out

    ★★★★★

“Boxing Day, house full of relatives, ground gurgling by the clothesline. Rang the same-day line at eight; the tank was pumped and the yard hosed off before lunch. Worth every cent of the call-out.”
    Damien R. — Chidlow, same-day overflow

    ★★★★★

“We'd owned the place two years and never found the lids. Clearrun pulled the council drawings before they arrived and dug straight onto both, first go. Risers fitted — we'll never dig again.”

Asked at the gate, answered here

The questions every hills block asks — answered straight.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?

Most guides say every 3–5 years, and that's the range most systems run on — but household size moves it. Six people load a tank twice as fast as two, and a sink garbage grinder shortens the interval again. If you can't remember your last pump-out, that's usually the answer.

What does the truck need on the day?

Not much. We carry 25 metres of hose, so the truck stays on the driveway or verge for almost every job — we rarely need to touch the lawn. Clear access to the lids (or let us dig them) and somewhere to park is all it takes.

Where does the waste actually go?

To a licensed liquid-waste facility — never anywhere else. We're a licensed carrier and a disposal receipt is issued on every job, which is exactly the paperwork settlement agents and shire inspectors ask for.

My lids are buried — what happens?

We hand-dig and expose them at +$90 a lid — before we arrive we pull the council drawings, which find most tanks first go. Ask about risers while the hole is open: a riser brings the lid to lawn level so next time nobody digs.

ATU or septic — which one have I got?

If your yard has sprinklers running off the system and a small alarm box on the wall, it's an ATU (aerated treatment unit) and it needs quarterly servicing — $140 a visit, report lodged. If it's one or two concrete lids and a leach drain, it's a conventional septic, and the Tank Gauge above prices your pump-out.

    Do you service grease traps?

Yes — cafés, roadhouses and commercial kitchens across the hills, from $260 a service depending on trap volume, on a schedule that keeps you inside your water authority requirements. One less thing on the pass.

    Book a pump-out

Tell us the tank and the block; we'll call back to confirm size, access and a time. If it's overflowing, skip the form and ring the same-day line.

We'd call you back within the hour, Mon–Sat 7am–5pm. Same-day jobs called in before 2pm are usually pumped the same afternoon.

Overflowing right now? Call (08) 9000 0318 — the same-day line beats any form.

Name, phone and suburb are all we need — the rest helps us price it before we call.
