4 m³ ≈ 6 box-trailer loads, tipped for youdelivered + picked up
Clean fill stops at 4 m³. A big bin full of sand is over the truck's legal lift — 4 m³ is the honest maximum.
4 m³ mixed C&D$350 + $70
7 days included$0
Filled level with the rim. We can't legally cart a heaped bin, and the driver will ask you to unload the heap — so let's not.
Twelve years of Perth driveways, verges and job sites out of the Bibra Lake yard.
Waste carted to licensed facilities only — transfer-station dockets available on request.
Mixed loads get sorted at the station. Roughly two-thirds of a reno bin is recovered — "landfill" isn't where most of it goes anymore.
Bins go on your property unless your council's verge permit says otherwise — we'll tell you which applies before we book it.

Prunings, palm fronds, lawn and hedge trim. $20 under the general rate every size — clean green is cheaper to tip, so it's cheaper to hire.
from $310 · 2 m³
Reno rubble, tiles, timber, plasterboard together. General + $70 — sorting and tip fees on construction waste are real, so we price them plainly.
from $260 · 2 m³
Sand, soil and rubble only. 2 m³ $260 · 3 m³ $320 · 4 m³ $380. Stops at 4 m³ — a big bin of sand is over the truck's legal lift.
$10/day after day 7
Every bin includes 7 days. Need it longer? $10 a day out to 21 days — say so when you book and the card price says the rest.
order by 2pm
Bin by tomorrow, most suburbs — honest about the far ones. Two Rocks and Serpentine add a day; we'll say so before you pay, not after.
What can't go in
Not double-bagged, not "just a sheet", not at any price. Asbestos needs a licensed removalist and a licensed tip — a skip bin is never the right answer for it. If your place was built before 1990 and you're not sure what that wall or fence is, stop and check before you break anything — your council or WorkSafe WA can point you to the right process and a licensed assessor.
These can't go through a transfer station in a skip. Most have their own free or cheap drop-off route — ask when you book and we'll name the nearest one.
Word from the driveway
★★★★★
"Bathroom reno. Ordered the 4 m³ Thursday afternoon, bin on the driveway Friday 7am, whole demo gone by Saturday lunch. The driver placed it exactly where the chalk mark was."
★★★★★
"We cleared Mum's place over three weekends and kept the bin the whole time. The driver rang before every pickup like he said he would. Small thing, meant a lot that fortnight."
★★★★★
"I put two green bins a month through these guys. The yard knows my ute by sound. Price hasn't moved without a phone call first, which in this trade is the review."

Service area
The yard sits ten minutes off the freeway at Bibra Lake, which is why the southern corridor gets same-day drops more often than not.

Think in box-trailer loads — a 6×4 trailer holds about 0.7 m³. A 2 m³ bin is roughly 3 trailer loads (a big spring clean), 3 m³ about 4 loads (a bathroom strip-out), 4 m³ about 6 loads (most renos land here), 6 m³ 8–9 loads and 8 m³ about 11 (full clear-outs and site cleans). When in doubt go one size up — a second delivery costs more than the next size.
Asbestos, liquids, paint, tyres, gas bottles, batteries and food waste. Asbestos is the hard no — it needs a licensed removalist and a licensed tip, and if you're not sure whether that sheet fence is fibro, stop and check with your council or WorkSafe WA before you break anything. The rest mostly have free drop-off routes; ask us and we'll name the nearest one.
Every hire includes 7 days. After that it's $10 a day out to 21 days — handy for estate clear-outs and slow renos. Past three weeks we'd rather swap you a fresh bin than have one rusting on your verge; the swap is priced as a new hire.
Not if the bin sits on your property — driveway, lawn, site. On the verge or road most Perth councils want a permit, and each one's rules differ. Tell us where it's going and we'll tell you whether your council needs paperwork before the truck rolls.
If you have the space: two bins beat one. A 2 m³ green ($220) plus a 2 m³ general ($240) is $460 — against $530 for a single 6 m³ mixed C&D — because sorted waste is cheaper to tip. It only works if you can actually keep the piles apart; if you can't, the mixed bin is the honest choice and we'll say so.
A licensed transfer station, where mixed loads get sorted — metals out, timber out, clean fill out. Roughly two-thirds of a typical reno bin is recovered. We're a licensed waste transporter and dockets are available on request, so "where does it go" has a paper answer, not a shrug.
Book a bin
Tell us what's going in it and when you want the bin. We confirm by phone before anything is charged — and if a smaller (or sorted) bin would cost you less, we'll say so on that call.
