    Funding

    This term, itemised

Our fees sit under the NDIS price limit for speech pathology — claimable in full, no gap. Fees are per term as planned here; you're only ever billed for sessions attended.

We hold the plan in the form below — change anything at the assessment.

      What we do

Six ways to work with us

Speech sounds, language, stuttering, literacy, feeding and swallowing, and adult communication after stroke or with Parkinson's. Every fee below sits under the NDIS price limit for speech pathology.

      Initial assessment & report

      $290 60 min · written report

Case history, standardised and play-based assessment, and a written report with goals for the term — the plan the board prices from.

      Therapy sessions

      from $100 30 min · in clinic

Short, sharp sessions for little ones and for maintenance blocks — two a fortnight is the smallest plan the board will price.

      45-minute sessions

      $145 in clinic

Our standard block: therapy, parent coaching and home practice set in one sitting. Weekly through the term, then we review.

      Telehealth sessions

      $135 45 min · anywhere in WA

Same clinician, same goals, over video. Works well for older kids, adults, and families in the regions or between school runs.

      Home & school visits

      +$40 per visited appointment

Kindy, primary school or your kitchen table across the southern suburbs — with the school's OK, we bring the session to where the words are needed.

      Groups & school programs

      Priced per program

School-readiness groups, stuttering groups and school-contract screening — priced per program. Tell us the group size and we'll quote it.

Cheapest plan on the board: two 30-minute sessions a fortnight over four weeks, no assessment — $200, which is where "from $100 a session" comes from.

      Families we've worked with

      Small words, big turns

By week six his nanna understood him on the phone for the first time. We'd been translating for four years. Now he tells her about kindy himself and she cries every time.

Priya, Manning — mum of a four-year-old, weekly 45-minute sessions

Plan-managed, and the invoices just work — under the price limit, sent to the plan manager the same day. He runs his own sessions now: sets the goal, tracks it, tells me what homework he's doing.

Daniel, Willetton — dad of a fifteen-year-old NDIS participant

After the stroke I couldn't order a flat white. Eight sessions and a stubborn clinician later I ordered one at Preston Street, said the whole thing, and the girl didn't blink.

Graham, Como — adult client, telehealth then in clinic

Questions parents ask on the phone

      Before you book

      Do I need a referral?

No for private and NDIS clients — ring and book. Yes for Medicare: you'll need a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan and referral from your GP first, which covers up to five allied-health sessions a calendar year with a rebate at the MBS schedule.

How long until we see change?

Honestly, it depends — on the goal, the age, and how much practice happens between sessions. We set measurable goals at the assessment, review them at the end of each term, and tell you plainly if a plan needs to change or if we think you can stop.

      Do you take NDIS?

Yes — plan-managed and self-managed participants. Every fee sits under the current NDIS price limit for speech pathology, so there's no gap, and we invoice line-by-line to the price guide so your plan manager doesn't chase you.

What happens in the initial assessment?

Sixty minutes. We talk through the history first (what you've noticed, hearing, kindy or school feedback), then assess through play or conversation, with standardised tests where they help. You leave with a plain-language explanation on the day and a written report with goals inside the week — that report is what the term plan is built from.

Can sessions happen at school or kindy?

Yes, with the school's OK — most are happy to give us a quiet room. The home / school visit fee is $40 on top of the session for each visited appointment, and we coordinate a short handover with the teacher when it helps.

      Book an initial appointment

Tell us who it's for. We'll ring you back to find a first time.

      • Initial assessments most weekdays; after-school times go first.
      • Bring hearing results and any school notes if you have them.
      • NDIS: we'll ask for the plan dates and your plan manager's details.

We'd call you back within one business day. If it's urgent — a swallowing concern after a hospital discharge — ring (08) 9000 0339 and say so.
