24-hour towing & recovery across Perth. Breakdowns, motorcycles, machinery and accident tows — one call, an honest meter, a beacon in your mirror.
Tow planner
HONEST METERAfter a crash, your insurer usually directs and pays for the tow — so the meter's off. Call us first, quote your claim number, and we bill them direct.
BREAKDOWN TOW · METRO
Honest meter: the base includes your first 10 km loaded, then $6/km. The price on the phone is the price on the invoice.
Insurer-directed tow
Call us first, quote your claim number, and we bill your insurer direct. After a crash the insurer usually directs and pays for the tow — a number we quote here would be theirs to set, not ours.
Not insured? We quote the same honest meter as a breakdown — base plus kilometres, nothing invented on the night.
SECURE HOLDING YARD — first 3 days free for the assessor, then $25/day. In writing.
What we tow — and what it costs
Metro rates, in the open. The base includes your first 10 km loaded, then $6/km. No night-time meter games — after-hours is one flat surcharge.
Breakdown towing
from $180Car dies, we come. First 10 km loaded included, then $6/km. Four-point tie-down on the tray, every car, every time.
After-hours
+$70 flat8pm–6am. The driver getting out of bed is the surcharge — it's flat, not a meter. Same base, same per-km.
Motorcycle towing
from $160Wheel-cradle equipped. A bike strapped by the bars is a bike being damaged — the cradle is why you call a motorcycle tower.
Machinery & equipment
from $450Tilt-tray, ramps, chains — up to 4.5 t. Bigger than that we'll say so, and name who to call instead.
Accident towing
insurer-directedCall with your claim number and we bill your insurer direct. Secure holding yard: first 3 days free, then $25/day — in writing.
Dealer & workshop transfers
from $180Booked lanes, dead cars collected before the doors open. Multi-car rates on ask.
Auction & private-sale pickups
from $180No rego, no keys, no problem — that's what winches are for. Send the address and the photos; we'll be straight about access.
Since 2013
Thirteen years of Perth nights. Freeway shoulders, basement car parks, auction yards — we've winched out of all of them.
Licensed & insured
WA tow trucks are licensed vehicles — TT 0000 on every door. $20M public liability behind every lift.
Four-point tie-downs
Every car, every time. Strap marks on alloys are a choice — and we don't make it.
EV-safe
EVs flat-tow never — tray only. We know which cars can't roll, so your battery warranty survives the night.
Callers, called back
"Broke down on the Kwinana Freeway at 11:40 on a Tuesday night. The beacon in the mirror was the best thing I saw all night. Belted in, wheels left, exactly like the bloke on the phone said."
"Won an auction ute with no rego and no keys, down a driveway the seller called 'access, sort of'. They winched it out of the backyard and had it in Welshpool by lunch."
"We book the 7am lane every Tuesday — dead cars on our hoist before the first customer walks in. Same driver, same time, same price. That's the whole relationship."

Welshpool out, metro-wide
Dispatch from the yard, not a call centre
Welshpool base, trucks staged metro-wide. Average metro response is 40–60 minutes — honest about Friday nights, when it can stretch. Regional WA runs by arrangement: name the town, we'll quote the lane.

On the shoulder now? Don't type — call.
The phone is the fast lane, 24 hours: (08) 9000 0259. One ring, a real dispatcher, a truck moving.
This form is for booked jobs and quotes — workshop transfers, auction pickups, machinery moves, insurance tows for later in the week. We'd call you back within 15 minutes, any hour.
Thanks — received
This is a demonstration, so no truck is rolling. On the real site, a dispatcher would call you back within 15 minutes — any hour of the night — to confirm the job and lock in the price.

Asked from the shoulder
How much is a tow?
Metro breakdown is from $180 in the day — that includes your first 10 km loaded, then it's $6/km. After-hours (8pm–6am) adds a flat $70. So a 24 km daytime tow is $180 + 14 × $6 = $264 — and the price on the phone is the price on the invoice.
How long will you be?
Metro average is 40–60 minutes. We're honest about Friday nights — everyone breaks down at once, and we'll give you a real ETA on the phone, not a hopeful one.
Does insurance cover my tow?
After an accident, usually yes — your insurer directs and pays for the tow. Call us first, quote your claim number, and we bill them direct. Your car can wait in our secure yard for the assessor: first 3 days free, then $25/day, in writing.
Can you tow from a car park or basement?
Trays need 2.4 m of clearance. We'll ask three questions — entry height, ramp angle, where it's parked — and tell you straight if it's a flat-tow jack job instead. No truck sent to bounce off a height bar.
What about my things in the car?
Your belongings stay with the car, and the yard is fenced, lit and cameraed. Come collect what you need any daytime hour — bring ID, we'll walk you to it.
Do you tow interstate?
Honest no — metro and regional WA only. Past that, we'll name the interstate carriers we trust and hand you over properly, rather than pretend a tilt-tray belongs on the Nullarbor.
