What we lay

Every job is supply and install — base prep, membrane, joins and infill included in the metre rate. Synthetic lawns from $92/m², minimum job $1,840.

30 mm family lawns

from $92/m²

Our most-laid pile. Two-tone blade with a brown thatch layer — reads like a mown spring lawn, handles kids and traffic.

40 mm premium lawns

from $105/m²

Taller, denser stitch. Plusher underfoot and springs back faster — the front-verge showpiece.

Backyard putting greens

from $135/m²

13 mm sand-dressed putting pile on a compacted fines base, rolled true. One cup and flag included.

Strip-out & site prep

+$14/m²

We strip and cart the old lawn, then cut and level the base. Add it to any install line above.

Pet runs & verge lawns

minimum job $1,840

Small areas carry the same crew, compactor and delivery — the minimum keeps the price honest, stated up front.

Concrete & paving removal

Quoted on inspection

Thickness and access drive it, so we price it standing on your slab — never off a form.

Lawns the street notices

★★★★★

“The front verge died every February no matter what we did. Fairway laid the 40 mm in a day and a half, and I've had three neighbours knock to ask who did it.”
Narelle T · Willetton

★★★★★

“Our dog run was a mud run from June to September. They stripped it, compacted a proper base and now the staffy tears around on green all year. Hoses off in a minute.”
Sean K · Piara Waters

★★★★★

“Twenty square metres of putting green off the alfresco, cup and flag in. It rolls true and it ended the Sunday drive to the range. Best money I've spent on the house.”

Fair questions

How does synthetic turf handle a Perth summer?

The pile is UV-stabilised and rated for WA sun — it won't fade or go brittle inside the 8-year warranty. Honest answer on heat: like every synthetic lawn, it gets hot underfoot on a 40° day. Thirty seconds with the hose fixes it, and the 40 mm pile runs cooler than the short piles.

What does the base prep actually involve?

We strip or cut the area to depth, lay roughly 70 mm of crushed rock, plate-compact it in two passes, screed it to falls, and lay a weed membrane before the turf goes down. Joins are seamed and pinned, then silica sand is brushed into the pile to weight and stand it. The base is most of the labour — and it's why the lawn stays flat in year eight.

Is it OK for dogs?

Yes — it's the most common reason we're called. The backing drains freely, urine hoses through, and solids pick up cleaner than off grass. Honest note: with small courtyards and multiple dogs you'll want an occasional enzyme rinse in summer to keep smells down. We'll say so on the quote if your yard is one of those.

Why the $1,840 minimum job?

A 12 m² courtyard needs the same crew, plate compactor, base delivery and tip run as a 40 m² backyard. Rather than pad the metre rate to hide it, we publish the minimum: any job under $1,840 of metre-rate work bills at $1,840, and the planner above shows you exactly when that kicks in.

30 mm or 40 mm — what does the extra $13 buy?

Stitch density and pile height. The 40 mm has more blades per metre and a taller, softer pile — it feels plusher barefoot, recovers from furniture faster, and reads greener from the street. High-traffic family backyards do fine on 30 mm; front verges and showpiece lawns are where the 40 mm earns it.

Can you remove old concrete or paving first?

Yes, and it's the one thing we won't price off a form — slab thickness and machine access change it too much. We quote removal on inspection, standing on your slab, and the number is fixed before we book the job.
