Maison de parfum · est. at dusk
vespertine
Three extraits for the hours after sunset — composed in the dark, worn into it.
The light is leaving — begin
Night does not fall. It rises — out of doorways, from under bridges, up through the blue at the bottom of gardens. Vespertine bottles that rising.
I Sunset +0:22 · Civil dusk
Pénombre
The first grey-violet minutes, when streetlights hesitate. Pénombre opens cold and green, then powders out into iris — a linen jacket lifted from its hook in a hallway where no lamp is lit yet.

Braise Rose
When the west is one bar of ember. A rose walked past a bonfire: petals first, then the smoke finds them — saffron warmth, resin, the sweet char at the edge of the evening.

Ambre
Nocturne
Full dark, blood-warm. Amber the way it feels rather than looks: honey slowed to a halt, tobacco flowers closing, the last warmth of a wall that held the sun all day.

IV The atelier
The hour, bottled.

Concentration
Extrait de parfum, 22 percent. Dusk air is humid and slow; it carries a murmur further than a shout.
-
The flacon
Matte black glass, 50 millilitres, no label. The hour of the perfume is blind-embossed on the base — you read it with a thumb.
-
Trials
Our perfumers smell nothing before six in the evening. A nose calibrated to daylight lies about the dark.
-
Batches
Four hundred flacons per season, numbered. When the winter batch is gone, it waits for the next winter.
