What would you order?

The range

One dock, the whole kitchen.

Six categories, one delivery, one invoice that matches the order. Account managers send the live price list — wholesale prices move with the markets, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

Dry goods & pantry

An 1,800-line pantry range — flours, oils, grains, sauces, tinned and jarred. Deep enough that your second supplier becomes optional.

1,800+ LINES HELD IN STOCK

Chilled & dairy

Milk, cream, cheese, smallgoods and ready lines on an unbroken HACCP cold chain — coolroom to truck to your bench, probe-logged the whole way.

CERT. HACCP-0000 · PROBE ON DOCKET

Fresh produce

Market-bought nightly at Canning Vale — what's not good enough, we don't load. Seasonal lists weekly, gluts passed on at glut prices.

BOUGHT NIGHTLY · GRADED AT THE DOCK

Packaging & consumables

Cups, containers, wraps, gloves and cleaning chemicals — the unglamorous lines that stop a service, delivered with the food so nothing runs out.

RIDES ON THE SAME RUN

Catering lines

Bulk formats, portion control and event volumes — Saturday wedding for 300 or a mine-site mess, quoted per event with a confirmed delivery window.

From the pass

Kitchens that stopped shopping around.

Six mornings a week the order's on the bench before my barista clocks on. In two years the only substitution came with a phone call the afternoon before — that's why both sites order from Daybreak now.

Feeding four hundred kids means no surprises. The probe reading is printed on every chilled docket and the invoice matches the order, line for line. That's the whole job, and they do it.

Saturday wedding for 180. The truck docked at 5:40am, probe reading on the docket, nothing missing. I rang to say thanks and a human with a name answered. I stopped shopping around after that.

Straight answers

What kitchens ask us first.

What's the minimum order?

$150. Here's the honest why: a run full of sub-$100 drops makes every kitchen's delivery later, and the maths doesn't cover the truck. Delivery is free over $300; under $300 a $25 metro delivery fee applies. Most cafés clear the minimum with a single day's milk, produce and bread order.

When do I need to order by?

Order by 5:00pm for next-morning delivery on your zone's mornings — CBD & inner and south metro see us Monday to Saturday, six mornings a week; other zones run set mornings, shown on the planner above. Order by 5, on your bench by 7 — our drivers dock before your barista clocks on.

Do you substitute if something's out of stock?

We ring before we substitute — always. A different brand in the box without a call is how suppliers lose cafés. If we can't reach you, the line is credited off the invoice, not swapped on a guess.

How do trade terms work?

14-day trade terms on approved accounts. We run a standard credit check on application — most accounts are approved within two business days, and until approval comes through you can order on card on delivery. Invoices are itemised and match the order, every time.

Do you deliver to Mandurah?

Yes — the Mandurah run leaves Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. We won't pretend it's daily: three reliable mornings beat six promised ones. The 5:00pm cut-off and the same minimums apply.

Can I get a price list?

Yes — your account manager sends the live list when your account opens. Wholesale prices move with the markets week to week, so we don't publish a static list that would be wrong by Friday. What we will promise in writing: the invoice matches the order, and gluts get passed on at glut prices.
