Every rate below is the rate — no call-out fee hiding behind it. Both sides of the glass, sills wiped, frames dusted.

Fortnightly shopfront rounds

Word of mouth
What the glass says about us
★★★★★
"Sale photos were booked for two o'clock; Clearpane were done by eleven. The agent shot the front windows that same afternoon and asked me who did them."
★★★★★
"Our café fronts a bus road and the glass used to be grey by Friday. The fortnightly round just never lapses. I stopped thinking about it — which is the whole point."
★★★★★
"Two storeys and nobody set foot on a ladder — the pole did the lot from the lawn. The upstairs glass hasn't been this clear since we built the place."

Based in Como, working the metro
Most of our week lives between the river and the coast, but the truck goes wherever the glass is — Joondalup to Rockingham, hills included. Shopfront rounds cluster by suburb so your fortnightly slot stays tight.

Questions we actually get
Do you clean inside and out, or just the outside?
Both — it's in the rate. $12 a ground window and $16 an upper window covers both sides of the glass, sills wiped, frames dusted. If you only want the outside done we can, but it doesn't halve the price — setup and travel are most of a small visit, which is also why the $180 minimum exists.
How does the fortnightly shopfront round work?
You get a standing slot — same day, every second week, before you open where we can. The rate drops from $9 to $6 a panel because glass that's cleaned fortnightly never gets properly dirty, so each visit is faster. Minimum visit is $90, invoiced monthly, no lock-in contract — if the round stops working for you, it just stops.
Pure water or squeegee — which do you use?
Both, where each wins. The pure-water pole is for exteriors and anything above the ground floor: deionised water dries spotless with no ladder on your wall. Inside glass and shopfronts get the traditional squeegee, because detailing edges and corners by hand is still the better finish at arm's length.
Do I need to be home?
For outside-only, no — gate access and a text when we're done is plenty. If we're doing inside glass, someone needs to let us in; most clients leave us to it after the first visit. We text about twenty minutes before we arrive either way.
Why is there a $180 minimum visit?
Travel, setup, pack-down and insurance cost the same whether we clean six windows or twenty-six. Below fifteen ground-floor windows' worth of work, the visit bills at $180 — so it's worth using the visit fully: add screens and tracks, or put the solar panels on the same trip.
