How the run is priced: garments multiply the quantity; decoration multiplies the quantity by the positions at the rate for your tier (100+ drops a dollar); setup is one-off per position — $60 a colour for print, $80 digitising for embroidery — and waived on a re-order; names multiply the quantity; rush is flat. Artwork redraws, odd sizes and a third colour are quoted from your artwork — never guessed on the page.

    Services

Garments, decoration and the extras crews actually ask for

Blank garment supplied, decoration and setup included, GST inclusive. The floors below are the Quoter's cheapest outputs — ten garments, one-colour print, one position.

    Hi-vis polosfrom $400

Ten day-use hi-vis polos with your logo one-colour on the left chest — the run a sparky starts with. Yellow or orange body, navy yoke.

    Taped long-sleeve shirtsfrom $540

AS/NZS 4602.1 day/night shirts with reflective tape across the chest and around the sleeves, printed or stitched — the civil and roadworks standard.

    Cotton drill shirtsfrom $600

Navy long-sleeve drill for workshops, plumbers and anyone who lives in them — we print white or yellow on navy so the mark reads.

    Hi-vis hoodiesfrom $570

Fleece hoodies with a lined hood and kangaroo pouch for the winter shutdown crew — chest, back and sleeve positions all available.

    Screen printingfrom $6 a position

One colour $6, two colours $9 a garment per position; $5 and $8 from 100 garments. Screens are $60 a colour per position, set up once and kept.

    Embroideryfrom $10 a position

Stitched marks that outlast the garment — $10 a position, $9 from 100. Digitising your logo is $80 a position, done once and kept for every re-order.

    Name embroidery$6 a garment

Individual names stitched on the left chest above the mark — always embroidered, even on printed runs, so they don't crack in the wash.

    5-day rush+$150 flat

Five business days instead of about ten — proof approved by midday, the run jumps the board. Flat across any garment and quantity.

From your artwork: redrawing a blurry logo into vectors, odd or extended sizes outside the stock range, and a third print colour are quoted once we've seen the file — none of it is priced on the page.

    From the crews

Runs that went out the door and onto site

    ★★★★★
Thirty polos, two-colour front and back, sized for six blokes who never sent me their sizes — they rang each of them. Boxes turned up in Wangara on day nine with the proof pinned to the top.
Craig M. · Wangara · plumbing crew of six
    ★★★★★
Needed eighty taped long-sleeves before the shutdown and had five days. Paid the rush, got the proof back in an hour, and the shirts were on the crew's backs Monday morning with the names stitched.
    Leanne P. · Welshpool · civil contractor
    ★★★★★
Second run of shirts for the café, a year after the first. Didn't have to find the logo file — they had the stitch file on hand, skipped the setup and matched the thread exactly.
Sonia & Matt · Balcatta café · twelve embroidered shirts

Send us the run and we'll send back a proof

The Quoter's scenario comes across with the form. We check the artwork, confirm the figure, and send a proof to approve before a single screen is burnt.

We'd call you back within one business day with the proof and a confirmed price — or ring (08) 9000 0367 now if the shutdown's next week.

Tell us who to ask for.

A number we can ring back — digits, spaces and + only.

    Where does the box go?

Roughly how many on the crew?

No account, no deposit — we ring to confirm before anything is printed.

    Questions from the smoko table

What crews ask before they send the logo

    What's the minimum order?
Ten garments — the Quoter starts there and goes up in tens to two hundred. Below ten the setup outweighs the shirts and you'd be better off at a retail embroiderer; we'll tell you so on the phone. Sizes can be mixed freely across the ten.
How long does a run take?
About ten business days from proof approval for a standard run — garments in, screens burnt or the logo digitised, printed or stitched, checked and boxed. The 5-day rush is a flat $150 on any run: approve the proof by midday and it jumps the board.
    What artwork do you need?
Vector is best — an AI, EPS, SVG or PDF with the logo as shapes, not a photo of a business card. If all you've got is a blurry JPEG we redraw it into vectors first; that, odd or extended sizes and a third print colour are quoted from your artwork once we've seen it, never priced on the page.
Do you keep my screens and stitch files?
Yes — every screen and every digitised file stays on our shelf under your business name. Tick "re-order" on the Quoter and the setup line drops to $0; you just tell us the garments and the count, and the thread colour matches the last run.
    Is the hi-vis certified?
The taped long-sleeve shirts are AS/NZS 4602.1 day/night garments — the standard most civil, mining and roadworks sites ask for — and the polos and hoodies are day-use hi-vis. Decoration goes on clear of the tape, so the garment keeps its rating.
Can I mix garments in one order?
Yes — polos for the office and taped shirts for the crew go on the same proof with the same logo; setup is per position, not per garment. The Quoter prices one garment at a time so the figure stays honest; put the second garment in the form notes and we'll price the combined run.
